So the answer is we have biological needs but shouldn’t let it consume our energy and time too much to the point where it takes our mind off of our other high priority needs. I think this is a great answer as it doesn’t pick a side and tells people to find balance with both sides and that balance can vary person to person

As long as the person who masturbates doesn't put that as his or her main goal in life, there's nothing wrong with it. Just do it in moderation, otherwise the guy will start thinking more of his hand, than he does of his wife, or life. (That's what I got out of it.)
