Shalom yes I can. The most important thing to do while meditating or any other thing is to let your tongue stick the roof of your mouth. That is the short cut to enlightment. The electrical circuit to your brain. Without doing that you can not reach that state of mind.

I used to see clear planes of color behind my eyelids right before i would doze off. That was before my dark Knight of the soul started. Im at the end of that phase and stuck in a place with two narcissistic people. I haven't seen those colors yet. So thanks for shedding light on that for me.
