Negative people like me can only derive that life is short I can die any moment but I'm alive now then why am I studying and constantly worrying about my future!! Maybe I should binge watch my fav shows, sleep all day each all my fav junk food.. because I can die any moment.. and nothing remains forever!

He basically said that: If you remind yourself every single morning that you will die one day, you will know that your life is precious,...then you won’t fck around, get distracted and waste time, because you want to live your precious life to the fullest.
