Hey thanks man this helped me with the problem in my 07. The outlet on the right wasn't working. I swear I had checked fuses ages ago but must have missed something and gave up.
So now I got it working again after god knows how long ! Mine is also an SLT but for some reason the center console outlet is just a blank cover on mine. (Even though the fuse is in the slot!)
Maybe it's because mine is a 06 who knows. Lol, I'm glad that my video could help you with your problem

Couldn’t get any of them to work despite replacing all the fuses, the other ones didn’t look blown either. I think my whole fuse box is messed up because my passenger side low beam won’t turn on either. I just wanted to listen to Spotify on the speakers lol.

Mine doesn't work on the passenger side. When I checked all fuses, they're all good. On 38ip there was a 25 fuse in there. Where would I start looking now?

exactly the same with my 2006 Dodge Ram. You have confirmed my Fuse positions, and I changed all of them, but my centre console armrest power plug is still not working, so I have to look at the plug and wiring to see what is wrong. ugh.
What you can do is pull the cigarette lighter housing out get a test light. Put one end to the ground and then touch the positive to see if you have power and if you don't it's another fuse. And if you do have power is the cigarette lighter replace it.
I got a 07 ram 1500 check fuse for passenger side,it's good even changed it still not working, check it with volt meter no power.
Apologies for the late response, did you fix the issue with your Dodge Ram internal power ports not working.

Did you check the fuse for the driver side.
Same but opposite. Driver side works but passenger side doesn’t.
