*Wonderful breathwork practice to get started with if you're new to breathing exercises 🌈*
Been doing your guy’s breathing exercises every day for the past 5 months and all I can say is it has changed my life dramatically, making me aware of my being so I don’t get carried away by distractions. Thank you so much for this, Namaste 🙏
This guys voice is so relaxing, I feel calm just listening to him. Thank you - deep breathing is really important - I notice that my blood pressure goes down.
the inhales were so hard! Thank you for sharing this practice and I look forward to returning to it.
Prana, Asana, dhyana, nirvana
Namaste!
Imagining a box and doing it is very effective. Definitely gonna try this tomorrow.
Ur amazing my brother lot's love from India ❤️
got very sweaty doing this haha. i love it! thanks for helping me bring my heart rate down and lower my anxiety. Twins have a way to bring the anxiety and shallow my breaths! 🙏
This was great Flo. I initially struggled with the 10 count inhale but after slowing the breath down a bit I was able to complete it. Thank you sir 🙏🏻.
Love your entire channel and have been especially enjoying the breath work lately. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
Awesome ✨😌🍁🤍
1st breath work practice. Thanks for the guidance. See ya tomorrow before yoga for men 😀
Thank you for this. The breath work videos you post have been so powerful for me i am very grateful for your uploads. x Also for anyone reading visualizing the box helped me a lot.
Always happy to meet you through consciousness, Flo. Namasté!
All counts were easy for exhales and holds, but I couldn't inhale for longer than 5...very strange discovery there, and made me feel anxious. Which is awesome, because I'm working with my anxiety long term. This is the practise that I need right now, so thank you very much for posting it ❤️
Thanks!
Great breathing exercise. I feel a cooling sensation from my nose to the top of my head while following the exercise. I do realize it is much harder to exhale then hold, definitely will practice routinely. Thank you for your kindness to share this with us. With love and gratitude, namaste!
Again many thanks for this video 💚 It's really amazing how mere breathing has this effect! I started including Pranayama in my practice and I'm feeling the difference.
Absolutely loving this channel! Thanks for all the content, keep up the good work :)
Thank you for your kindness and sharing this practice :)

Amazing class! Thanks for sharing this awesome practise, It will help me a lot! ❤️ Namaste
Thank you so much for your existance 🙏
Trumpet (brasswind instrument) playing is informal breathwork. These exercises isolate Breathing from the other performance elements to focus on toning and strengthening the breath machine. Thanks for leading.
Thank you for sharing another wonderful video, keep up the great work and will def be coming back.....🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
Thanks for the class it really helps, namaste🙏
This was challenging but I really enjoyed it and felt very energized at the end.
Really enjoyed this, thanks for the video
loved it. You have a beautiful and safe energy. I have ADHD and really struggle to follow guidance but Flo you emanate such a sense of peace. Other practices online I have found there is too much distraction, or the audio isn't quite right to hold my attention. Thank you so much for helping change my day.
Thank you! Very good practice for starting the day and to calm down! Waiting for full breath practice with couple of different breath works🙏🙏🙏 Thank you!
My life sux, and this is helping me. Thanks
Wonderful stuff!
Thank you very much!
20 in, 20 hold, 20out for 20minutes... awesome!
Thank you for this video :)
Great 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you
Awesome my brother. Thank you sir. I feel all energized now after trying this one. Like a chocolate version of Thor. You are the man! 🙌🏾
Great will do it today
Omg ,,,, I can't believe I thought holding will be difficult but actual difficult part is inhaling for 10 seconds,,, I am feeling full in 5 seconds,,,, so much to learn about breathing,,, thanks again for the share
Sama Vritti Pranayama is very very powerful. My parents have been saying me to practice it and am glad that you did a video on this. Thank you so much for being selfless and modest in teaching everyone this important pranayama. This is the real reason why I love your channel. You have "Yoga for Men", "Breath-work" and "Relaxation and Rejuvenation" - an amazing combo!! Am not going to look for yoga from any other channel :D.
I have been recommending your channel to my friends and everyone seem to be happy. Keep rocking my Gurus :)
My kind feedback to you on future videos,
1) Eye exercises (For Tech Guys like me)
2) Facial exercises (Beauty and Glow)
3) Massage ball exercises (Inspired from your Ignite Wednesday and Saturday Class)
first day trying this, kept running out of breath at 4 counts haha - excited to progress with more practice!
yayyyy
Did this breath exercise with video while sitting and then went on a 2 hr road cycling ride
Did box breathing While riding
on flats using 4x4 pattern (heart rate zone 1.9 - power zone 2.6)
On rolling ascents using 2x2 pattern (Heart rate zone 2.6 - power zone 3.5)
And on descents using 6x6 pattern.(heart rate zone 1.5 - power zone 0)
I was more focused and relaxed . Thanks for the inspiration
Amazing to hear! Great job 🙏🖤
Wow, this one is tough 😅 Very hot 🔥 Thanks for teaching this.
❤💛💚
It’s weird I got through the 7 second rounds perfectly fine no issues had a perfect pattern going but I couldn’t finish the 10 second round... will try again next time
Exactly the same happened to me. Will keep practising.
Same here!
Same here!
Failed miserably at the 10 second inhales and exhales a few months back, came back and got through the whole exercise today... I feel quite accomplished 😎😎🔥🔥
Thank you. Breathing is the essence. We will be coming up with a series on pranayama or breathing exercises that will change your perspective.
Great, we're also working on a breathwork series.
Breathe and Flow Thank you!
Love your breathing tutorials, help me realize yoga is just not about exercise (which is the primary goal in my case) and flexibility. By the way, any plans for a routine in German? It would allow me to practice both things at once :-) Thanks.
No we will keep everything in English. Thanks for practicing with us.
my easy control level is at 3 at the moment! can do 4,7,10, but realised i need to go to 3, to find ease.
great job modifying and making it work for you!
Hi , I was wondering if you could plan your yoga & breathe work in a weekly schedule. How would you do it?
Daily practice: breathwork, meditation, movement or breathwork, movement, meditation.
Hi flo, I did your embark program once and then started with ignite but after the first two days I got pain in my shoulder blades. It is not a massive pain but not a minor one either. I took rest for 2 days but nothing happened. Do you reccomend any stretches or some for it. Thank you. And yes last time that you helped me with my knee problem now it's gone! Thank you☺
Hard to diagnose over a comment. Keep moving the body but avoid pain. If it does not get better in a week see a chiropractor or ROLFING specialist.
How can you intake air for 15 seconds? I fill my lungs up completely after seconds 7 or 8. Great video!
daily practice
3:20
3:10 start
Should i try to breathe in and out fully while doing this?
yes ✌️
can we breathe in and out through our mouth during this?
I suggest purely through the nose. There’s an amazing book by James Nestor called Breathe that can give you all the info
Sure you can, but we suggest to breathe through the nose instead.
@@BreatheAndFlow Awesome then ill use nose!
Thanks Flo, I love that you share bjj for yoga as well as breathwork practices. Im struggling to fill my lungs to 10'' as around the 7" I feel I cant inhale more. What do you recommend me to improve that besides keep practicing? Is there any way to increase the capacity of the inhale?
Keep doing these videos! The quarantine is much easier this way.
You answered it yourself, keep practicing ✌️ Give it three months of daily practice and see where you're at then.
The exchele is with the nose too?
All through the nose yes
10 second rounds are hard
