    anwesha hello first of all I loved your videos since 2 years.. my age is 19 years height is 5'3 and weight is 65 kg . even though 65 doesn't seems a lot by I have a lot of body fat on my stomach , thighs, arms area . whenever I wear anything it just bulges out and I feel very shamed in front of my friends group . I am following diet since 1 month and lost 3 kg but fat is not decreasing . I am also doing 10k steps daily from almost 6 months .. please can you tell me according to my age height weight how much calories I should have to eat in a day for healthy fat loss journey.. MY 20th birthday is in october and I want to completely transform myself by that time. I am about to join the swimming from june so please tell me a short chart that how should I eat in a day , how much I have to do swimming and also after doing swimming and 10k steps daily do I need to do any other physical activity also or this is enough.. I am purely vegetarian please provide a diet and workout routine please . I am a student and not earning right now because if I am earning I will surely purchase your personal training .. please reply to my question I am waiting

    Guys my dad loose 7 kgs in 3 months just by walking morning and in evevning and by eating ghr ka normal khana chapati chawal doodh wali chai doodh wali coffee , loosing weight slowly by eating ur manpasand ghr ka khana is far better so relax guys and enjoy ur life as well.

      This is pretty simple and normal. Fruits, seeds, smoothies, milk coffee, rice dal, protein and appe.
      Hamare yaha toh ye Bahut hi normal hai :) Plus food normal se bhi behtaar hota hai when its nutritious and balanced
      Ab sabke ghar mein normal different hota hai. Jaise mein roti ya cow’s milk digest nhi kr paati Aur mujhe khaane mein variety chahiye. I can’t keep eating same kind of foods for life.
      And congrats to ur dad. Who takes care of his diet and cooking at home ? 😊

      Yes losing weight fast is not good, true. So every body is different. Responds very differently to diet.
      But the metabolic waters and herbs are good, but only that won’t help
