The Cleveland Cavaliers Did The Impossible

- The Cleveland Cavaliers have been very good this season, and they're far younger & more flexible than the LeBron & Kyrie led 2017 Cavs team that played Kevin Durant & the Warriors in the 2017 NBA Finals. This is the story of how Koby Altman, current president of basketball operations & general manager, went from losing LeBron & Kyrie to going through 3 seasons of losing to being a contender & having one of the best young cores in the NBA.
Led by newly acquired star guard Donovan Mitchell, the Cavs are now a major threat in the East with Darius Garland also playing backcourt, Jarrett Allen & Evan Mobley playing frontcourt, and defensive specialist Isaac Okoro at the small forward position. Players off the bench include Caris LeVert, Cedi Osman, Kevin Love & Ricky Rubio.

Hope this era is eventually known as the revenge of the small markets. They're still not getting free agents, but instead of that being the death sentence it used to be, many front offices are just showing superior team building instead of lazily resting on the laurels of signing 2 or 3 max players and expecting championships to roll in.
💯💯👊
NBA: Revenge of the smol market teams
Ya it’s cool to see, everyone who wanted to make a super team based off the Warriors forgot how the Warriors started their dynasty
@@anthonytitone Good point. Even last year most of their main contributors were all guys they drafted.
What I’ve learned throughout media history, if someone has to come out & deny a rumor it’s usually true
All the primadonas are gone. Kevin Love was holding down the fort all these years! LeBron runs the Lakers to the ground. Doesn't He?
Wrong
Typical hater. There were a few seasons there Love didn't even want to be there lmfao. Educate yourself.
Revisionist history smh
This is a pretty harsh interpretation of things lol
@@moises9090 reason why love didnt wanna be there because Yall Bron sexuals just blame love when Lebron or Kyrie didnt have a good game and lost, Yall just love blaming Love like how yall love Blaming Bosh
Thank you for another excellent video. These shorter pieces are fantastic and the tone and voice is feeling really settled in - you are doing a wonderful job! Well done!
Keep making great content my man
Great vid too
I never liked the Cavs but this 2022 team is fun as hell to watch. Great young core and they got the GOAT Jarret Allen😤
Cavs have serious shot at winning it all this yr. Mitchell is a lot better than I ever gave him credit for
Great work bud you did good yet again
Common W from tooforwon
With the exception of the Lebron eras, I haven't been this excited about the Cavs since the Mark Price, Brad Daugherty, Larry Nance days. Yes, I'm that old.
Lol love the use of SpongeBob clips
The JAZZ DID THE IMPOSSIBLE. Have you seen the predictions 2023, they were on the bottom of the list. I'm not a fan of Jazz but still unbelievable performance. Salute from all the way to Canada 🇨🇦.
@7:14 made me crack tf up so much 😂😂😂😂😂
‘Look tooforwon posting another W’
Bron literally left Miami because he couldn't run it @02:40
I'm a Pels fan...David--love em--be lying all the time 😂😂
The league should retire the number 23 #jordan
Nah
This cavs team is different than from years past no doubt a championship team
Goat 🐐🧡
That post Kyrie trade Cavs team was the husk of the 2011 all star team.
the Cavs didn’t bet on shit. They just became competent in doing a better job with roster construction. They brought in new management who knew what they were doing. When Lebron left his first year they were ass for 4 seasons. The organization failed him as they failed to give him some sort of help which wasted many great seasons from Bron. Bron wanted Stoudemire but what he got was a washed Shaq. That was so fucked up😂 They told that man to go ball up with Moe Williams and old washed shaq😂 Keep in mind this is before he had so called “Power in the organization”. They were doing those types of moves it was disgusting. Cleveland did manage to build a contender around Lebron and they won the chip when he came back. Then in 2017 they were even better but The Warriors were two loaded for them to overcome. 2018 was a just fuck it year because we gave these players that won a chip a contract that can’t be move. Lebron carried them to the finals but the warriors once again said nope. Now they are building good teams and it is simply the fact that they learned from the things that they didn’t do a great job off when Lebron was first there. They are just a more Competent organization.
Yeah I reached with that title. Changed it now. My bad
Not trading for Amare Stoudemire because bitch ass Danny Ferry thought J.J. Hickson was gonna be the next perennial all star. The moral of the story is Danny Ferry is trash but he can't hurt us anymore.
New Won, I've won
this is actually pretty awesome to see as this young Cleveland Cavaliers team has raised from the ashes and now they are a team that people should watch out for really, and to be honest even without LeBron maybe we can be up to something
another excellent analysis, my guy
The cavs team looks happy now if labron goes there its not gonna be all smiles 😫

Nets basically gave Cavs an all-star Center for peanuts
Cavs are for real.
NBA Draft day has TERRIBLE suits
NBA players are the worst dressers in the world. It's tradition
tooforwon is 219-0 in videos btw
They did? A contender for what a 5th seed?
Unpopular Opinion I like this Cavs team way more than any LeBron led team in Cleveland
(No hate against LeBron I just think the overall team is way more exciting)
Lebron teams contend but are full of drama and beef near the end. The roster is cluttered with aging vets on their last legs who make Lebron's life miserable on the court. The end result is worth it...but the championship high only lasts so long until it feels like you never won a championship again.
@@bobharley1 He does have a tendency of wrecking the long-term prospects of any team he moves to.
Cleveland won’t win a championship even with the current players, so…
@@AR-rg2en u hope
@@Yourtribal_chief3.0 They won't honestly. Mavs Bucks GSW 76ers have more of a chance.

Now CLE has built a team, it should be handed to LBJ...
Le Impatient GM
Mitchell can't carry Cavs to finals.

KD is beta
2018 Bron overrated east was weak asf lol
Nothing makes me happier than Harden degenerating on a team that will never win him a title. My Rockets gave him everything he ever wanted and the last highlight I remember is him getting blocked by 50 year old Ginobli.
Lebron ruins teams future prospects. I’m happy the Cavs are able to rebuild for their future.
