Andrew,, thanks for the rapid response with the video… super clear, It was the small settings that I’m not familiar with that tripped me up. Once I learn thaws things once they become engrained in my memory. With this great power I will only use it for good,, lol.
I flew the ASW28 this morning with just normal flaps and she flew amazing. It was my first flight with the X20s and it felt great in the hands. I think it will be a great radio going forward

I usually set this all up from scratch too. For instance, I usually put flaps on the throttle stick. And it's always a pain trying to get that working. I'll have to try this out. Looks like I could save a lot of time and frustration.
I haven't used throttle for flaps, but I'll give it a go.

@@AndrewNewton Sorry Andrew is that a "I think "or a "I know". Because it makes the world of difference for landing gliders, using the throttle stick for crow braking. You should try it.

@@AndrewNewton yes, I have mine on a 3 stage switch. Off, half and full power. I wouldn't have it on a power plane, but a glider has the motor only as a means to get hight, apart from that I don't use the motor.

@@AndrewNewton what? It’s a knock off and you know it. I’m pretty sick and tired of their shenanigans. Now I’ve heard they have violated the open source code agreement by putting out a closed fork version of expressLRS. Their products are dead to me. If you continue to support them you will lose this one subscriber.

we have to have ailerons on two separate pins to do crow then unless u have those fancy new digital servos i guess
Correct. Always need 2 channels for ailerons with crow or flaperons

Yes, good idea, added to the list. Only need 4 channels for a DLG
Andrew can you show me how to adjust the servo speed in butterfly mix in ethos so it comes on slow and goes off fast - cheers

i think its in the outputs, there's a delay or time, you can do it for flaps too
Question for you Andrew, love the vid, makes it easy. So have crow working, well sort of on a switch. Both Flaps down, but one aileron will move slightly down, not up. I've change 'inverted' in the output but that only makes both ailerons go the same direction. Is there something in the mix i'm missing? Taa
All good Andrew, i reset everything and manually created the mix, seems something isnt right with the butterfly mix and my Pulsar.
Don't INVert the Output, that changes it for ailerons and crow mix. Just adjust the weight of the aileron line in the Crow mix. It starts as 10% I think, may need to be something like -30%

USB charging built it, or out of the transmitter charge with a 2S Lipo charger

Yes, still compatible
What do you mean when you are putting a mix on 1st or 2nd position?
First or Last? It's just where the mix appears in the list on the Mixer screen
