Love the recipe! They came out so light and airy. I cut my dough into 12 pieces (instead of the 10 in the video) to make a whole dozen and they were still the perfect size; I also chocolate glazed half of them, which these donuts are perfect for as well.
I also threw the leftover holes in the fryer and cinnasugar coated those as well.
P.S. To anyone thinking about using the imperial converted measurements in the description-- don't.

Now I just have to convert the measurements. (Oh well. No biggie) I'm going to try this recipe tomorrow. I like that there's butter in it.
Note: I do wish that you'd have broken a donut in half and squished it a bit at the end, so we could see the texture of the finished product. Also, the oil in this video didn't look hot enough. Shouldn't you bring it to a certain temperature before frying so the donuts won't be greasy?

OMG it came out great. I did. so many recipes this was so easy to make and not sticky. I don’t have to use and extra flour or use it for dusting. I was only able to make 6 donuts at 80 grams each with some dough left over it was the same size as typical donuts.
