That game was a first round TKO when Purdy was injured. Everything after that was skewed and speculative, the Niners were dead. Shanahan's blown challenge was also pivotal.

From the 49ers' perspective, things went about as badly as the possibly could go. Two QBs knocked out, 3 fumbles lost, 11 penalties -- they gave the Eagles 7 first downs by penalty -- seven. Indiscipline, wrong game plan, poor preparation. We have many questions for Mr. Shanahan here in San Francisco

As a Eagle fan that’s all I’ve been saying.
People acting as if Purdy slipped on a banana and got hurt. No they couldn’t protect him against our Dline and he got injured unfortunately.
That being said we won the game because we didn’t turn the ball over and we didn’t commit the back breaking penalties like the 49ers did.
