This is a game I'm never going to forget. It was an amazing game and it was the last NFL game I got to watch with my father. He died in April and was in the hospital during the game.

It will rank as one of the best super bowls ever, and to have it in Phoenix, where I live, was great due to the well behaved fans and their contribution to our economy. I'm from Australia and don't know all that much about American Football, but that play where the kick returner was almost tackled in the corner on one side of the field and then somehow side-stepped and ran to almost score in the other corner diagonally opposite - that was awesome!

When they called pass interference on the Eagles , They just gave the game to Chiefs . One announcer had the guts to say "At this stage of the game , Let - em play football! I do like both teams History's .
It was holding, Bradberry pulled him by his jersey and grabbed his shoulder. Bradberry admitted after the game that yes, he was holding, he was just hoping to get away with it. If Bradberry had not grabbed Smith0-Schuster twice, he would have been just as wide open as the Chiefs previous two TD's to Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney, and in retrospect it would have been better if it had been a TD, then again, Smith-Schuster may well have caught the ball and took a knee at the 1, just like McKinnon did. The Chiefs said they were talking in the huddle about getting the first down and then getting down.
As a 49ers fan...it was an exciting game. And from past experience, a 10 point lead against Mahomes and the Chiefs is never enough for sure. Still got that Post Traumatic Mahomes Disorder with the Eagles ahead by 10 by halftime. Kept thinking "here comes the Chiefs comeback in the second half." Congrats K.C.

Niners should have finished off Mahomes by picking him off when Mahomes threw it up for grabs on a 4th and 18 after already picking him off twice and a pick 6, but instead just stood around and watched as the Chiefs caught the duck. George Kittle was beside himself after that play.

The fact that mahomes came back in the second half after being re-injured is awesome competitiveness. The fact that he led that offense to three touchdowns and a field goal on four possessions in the second half while dealing with that injury is why he’s the best in the whole league and already well on his way to all time status. This game was fantastic (I’ll ignore that debacle at the end), it had everything you want in a great Super Bowl. The back and fourth scoring and timely stops for both teams at different points in the game to take control. The surges both teams had and the key scoop and score for the touchdown to keep the chiefs in it. Hurts practically carried the eagles offense and the receivers made some big time plays on deep balls. Best Super Bowl since Tom Brady’s comeback against Atlanta in my opinion and one of the best super bowls over the 25 years I’ve been watching football.
The only person you should be grateful for is the refs and the nfl . Great job with the calls

@@halenherndon1218 For Runningbacks these days, the reason for serviceable late draftess is due to their lesser dependency on their o-line or the lack thereof.
Most of the early round backs have NFL-caliber O-linemans blocking in front of them, having already gain 2-3 yards before even getting the handoffs, hence having amazing rushing stats. So Scouts are having a hard time differentiating between rushing due to O-line or simply their own capabilities. An example was Trent Richardson.
Yeah that and the position is just incredibly deep with talented players and they have the highest injury rate on the field. That’s the real reason there are good ones that go late because it’s not that valuable of a position anymore. The RB is just a plow horse these days. Austin ekler, James Robinson, Elijah Mitchell and many more weren’t even drafted. Not taking anything away from Pacheco but finding a “Pacheco” like player is a dime a dozen these days, they’re everywhere. Teams are silly if they take a running back before the 4th round. Kyle shanahan has made a living riding undrafted running backs and other coaches.
Eagles fan here and the Chiefs o line did a great job. Also when Mahomes took off on that long run on a bum ankle I could see the end coming. Congrats on a great win.

Both O-Lines were incredible. Only Eagles sack was just cause Hurts ran out of bounds a yard behind the line of scrimmage. Eagles line also continued a 33 streak for successful QB sneaks.

Not going to lie. I was thinking this game might be over when Mahomes apparently reinjured the ankle and the Chiefs were sputtering in the 1st half as they headed the half down by 10. That opening drive to start the 3rd Quarter really set the tone for the Chiefs. Great game overall, and the Eagles played their hearts out too. It's too bad someone had to lose this game.

One of the things I loved the most about this game was the trust in newcomers. Pacheco on the first carry. Toney. Sky Moore with his first (I believe) TD. On the biggest stage they put the ball in the hands of the guys they’ve been cultivating all season. Confidence and trust.

My first ever Super Bowl and first ever game watched live here in the UK, what a game to be the first time. Both teams played their hearts out. Loved it. Well done KC and the Eagles should hold their heads up high.

Before the game I said it’ would come down to Eagles’ D line vs Chiefs’ O line. Absolute masterclass by the Chiefs’ O line. Not a single sack allowed against the number one sack team in the NFL. What a game.

Man Andy Reid’s play design really won them the game when Mahomes was injured. The fact that he still was able to execute to the level he did on a bad leg is just insane. You can’t defensively account for both Andy Reid’s wild plays and the X factors like Mahomes willing to run the ball himself. What a game

The Eagles were lights out tonight. As someone rooting for the Chiefs, I'm just glad they responded in the 2nd half. But the energy and vibe for both teams was really high tonight and it was a very competitive "coin-flip" kind of game.
@@carsonc29 Our Weakness is our Defensive coordinator. Every time he plays a QB who's above average he folds. He allowed 90% Completion to Derek Carr bro. Reid coached circles around us. Unfortunately for us, we only get to play GOAT QBs when we make the SB smh. We play Brady 2x, Mahomes. Idk if we'll be back, this was our best chance, we had all the talent you could ask for and our DC choked the game. Hurts will be better than ever though. Go Birds.

Bradberry was badly beaten, grabbed Smith-Schusters jersey and swung him around, then Bradberry grabbed Smith-Schusters shoulder, and gave a tug. Just because they don't show the entire play on these highlights does not mean it didn't happen. Watch other video of the play. If Bradberry doesn't grab Smith-Schuster TWICE, he's wide open, just like Kadarius Toney and Skyy Moore were on their TD catches. Though Smith-Schuster probably would have just gotten the first down and took a knee at the 1. Just like McKinnon did on the next play. The Chiefs were talking in the huddle about just getting the first down, then taking a knee short of the goal line.

What I liked most about this game is it really had a old school feel to it with both teams executing very balanced attacks and not just throwing the ball every play. Kind of 70’s throwback kind of game. Just a all around Great Super Bowl.

Oh yeah, solid tackling, great combo of runs and passes, very old school feel to this game, that's exactly what I thought. That penalty at the end was my only problem. And the lapses in coverage for those two KC touchdowns was a bit disappointing.

And that doesn't make you wonder? Of course it looked great, but every time it becomes very obvious at one point in these games when the refs have made their final decision who is going to win. This game happened to be at the 1:48 mark, when the phantom holding call gave the Chiefs the game. Even in slow motion everyone could see there was no holding on that play. But it was the time the refs chose to end it and give the Chiefs the game.

I've been a Rams fan since then, and I'll be the first to admit they were handed the Super Bowl last year. They weren't the best team in the league, they just had the story the NFL wanted to put out there. Brand new stadium, traded for a top quarterback, then several other key players...Where the NFL screwed up was having the home team win the Super Bowl two seasons in a row...a little too obvious. I can't believe they left out when the KC deliberately didn't score a TD, just so they could run off more time from the clock. That was such special tactic at such a critical point in the match. You could see how much they feared what Jalen Hurts and his Eagles could do if they had more time to drive down the pitch. I'm so glad I watched this match live. Glued to the screen.
