Hey Shane, thanks for saying this. I talked with you a while back over the phone, and I told you that we work with some large chain restoration companies. They release reports internally; the amount of people opening up a restoration business in my area is 50+ in the past few years. The amount closing have been pretty high too.
Most of the restoration companies who used to call us all the time to do their extractions now only are doing reconstructions or taking over jobs from less experienced people. Work isn't getting done, things are getting messed up, money is being lost.
Ripe opportunity for those that are established.

Not for the faint of heart but VERY lucrative if you have a crazy work ethic, know how to close deals, and how to hire AND retain superstars.
You are the owner and 100% responsible for company culture, expectations/standers of your employees.
Work hard and play hard!! 💪🏽💪🏽

Gotta be honest, when I turned on the mold leads that’s when I started getting jobs. For some reason I find the water jobs are harder to get. but yea the hardest part is doing these jobs by yourself, 1500-2000sf moldy crawl spaces are for 2 people to work, not 1 lmao.
