When compared with RE in terms of value for money, spec, quality, refinement features and in all aspects Honda CB 350 is better. CB is not a copy of re 350 . This is the style of classic motor cycle. There are lot of old models from yamaha and Honda having same design in past century.

In Kerala, during the launch, it started with 1 or 2 dealership but in last 2 weeks it grown into 5. I believe, they will expand the dealership in short time.
RE's defect is not vibration. You will get that with a long stroke engine on a single downtube chassis. Their main defect is poor quality control. Getting a goid RE is kind of a gamble. With Honda, I think that will be the major selling point, reliability.
this is Honda man! The quality will be top notch, the same can never be said about Enfield. Enfield quality is so poor, my friend with a classic 350 was jealous of my Activa.

I have thunderbird 350. Worst ever vehicle. Clocked 45k kms. Spent more than some rs50k on maintanence.. I dont race the vehicle. Dont drive crazy. Jus middle aged family man. Wud have changed ever other parts except petrol tank and chassis. Dont trust RE. Its not reliable. Parts r so cheap. Changed side mirror more than twice. Coming to handa cb350, japanese vehicles r practical. If we want real quality and driving fun, i believe we shud apt for benneli 400

I have booked the bike.... showroom guys promises that Honda will let cb350 serviced at local showroom under an expert from bigwing showroom I guess it's a complete false promise to sell the bike.... showroom is just 75kms for me... others kindly be careful with these kind of promises before buying the bike
Royal enfield upgraded their factory in 2017 and began improving quality...now it is serving European market too ...and has a research and training center at uk.. I guess they are concentrating on Himalayan.... definitely upcoming royalenfield bikes will be of better quality and performance....

It's quite an upgrade on the classic. Young generation will definitely go for this.. Better in terms of looks and ergonomics compared to even the interceptor..
The sales of RE will surely decrease marginally... but I don’t think it will decrease drastically... expect RE bikes will be improving their quality due to the competition... also RE sales will almost be stable till the 90’s kids buying capability is alive... and my guess is those who are born prior to 2000 loves RE brand than it’s bikes ... because it was almost everyone’s first love at their teens or childhood ... but if they are not going to improve the bikes quality then I expect it’s era would end in 10 years
There is a saying,'All that glitters is not gold'.Had the opportunity to have a close look at this bike.Everything is great about this bike...Stunning looks,reasonably good built quality,great features.But then where did the doubt creep in...Sit on the bike switch on the ignition,don't get distracted by the exhaust note...Feel the vibrations on the tank,handle etc.Considering the size and weight of the bike the single rod frame attached from front wheel to the double cradle at base where engine rests will certainly not help the vibrations to settle.Air cooled Engine and heat management.There is lot awaited when the experts will ride this bike and give their verdict.As for me this experience was enough to not change my mind😊

Yes the new honda hnesscb350 is a great looking retro bike and its modern to. In terms design its a looker, it gets all LED setup, then its gets the best meter console and it comes with bluetooth connected enabled, the stand out feature is the traction control. The engine to is good, refined and sounds amazing. Sorry dhanil bro but the taillamp is an LED. BY Mistake you have said that it's a halogen.
I think I would still go for R.E bCoz there aren't much different except for honda features . Still for touring and travelling I would like to go with R.E for 1 reason ( it got a kick ) . ❤️Both Bikes were Lovable. Honda could make it more better by not adding additional features but just a simple features when it comes about a retro looking classic bike🔥🔥

I purchased Cb350 on March 3rd 2021 1. The clutch moves vertically rather than the normal horizontal movement it feels like an old or defective clutch.(observed on all bikes in the showroom) 2.The tank and side panels are not fitted properly, they all move.( also common to other bikes in the showroom) 3. I here noise from the front of the bike when ever I go over bumps or pot holes. I am very disappointed not in even 48 hours since I had the bike but it feels like it will fall apart. I chose honda for reliability and quality so far it has been a nightmare. Is this normal?

CB350 looks like a 70s classic, retro design RE 350 looks like a OG ww2 scout bike, really nice CB350 has 10 times the features, even though the classic looks more rugged No brainer, if you are a RE fanboy/like the classic/would spend more on maintenance, buy RE350s If you like a bike that provides well/is flawless/Low maintenance/more tech spec, buy CB350 (I'll buy the CB350)
I am done with RE, have to sell the bike due to back.problems and lot of issues from tapet probs to vibration, crank sound.if you have ample time going to garage for every silly issues then go for RE.
Two mistakes that I Feel, it could be a win for company but from my side I think them to be speculative downside:- 1) Jawa also did not give test ride initially, and we know how pathetic their supply line was ( I booked and waited 9 months for jawa before cancellation). Not giving test ride brings my horror back 2. It should not have been limited to honda big wing. If you want to bring volume in like RE, bring it to all honda showroom.

I like this bike, not that I hate RE, both can exist together. It won't hurt the sales of RE by more than 10%. Same was said when jaws was launched.

Biggest design flaw is the Grey Silver Rare footpeg unit. Its a mismatch to the classic looks of the bike because it looks modern. RE shines here.
