In Into the Nexus, when one of the then-Thugs-4-Less hits it a button that he thinks is for missiles on Neftin's ship, it plays "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" by Wang Chung. Also, during the Rivet mission that unlocks at the same point in the story as the one with "Happy Together", Kit makes a comment about Ratchet and Clank seeming happy together, a definite nod to the Easter egg.
