Would it be your opinion that a 13-14 yr old athlete can begin doing these drills? I would think more of the band work and the body weight work and not so much the added weights yet. Your opinion?
100 percent. As long as their technique and form is good. There’s no issues. I have my son who’s 11 that’s been doing some of these when he was 6-8yo
