    Coach, this workout is beneficial for cricketers too. It helped me to improve my fielding (especially in the 30 yard circle)
    Coach, please make some for power hitting and force production from arms and upper body for athletes

      As much as you need to keep the QUALITY of movements at a high level.

      That's dependent on the athlete. If you're doing only this workout multiple times a week, you might see results in a few weeks.
      This workout can help but to truly get the results you're looking for, it's best to follow a proper speed and agility program. Doing random workouts will give you random results. My best advice is to commit to a program and trust a process.

      It should help with your change of direction speed. I would say 2-3x/week

    Double leg lateral hops. 6-10 reps. Does that mean 6-10 jumps going each way? Or total jumps? If each way how far apart ?

      Depending on your level, you can decide to go 6-10each or total. No right or wrong
