I am going to stick to my at-home workouts for a bit just because I have a great routine and the perfect amount of equipment to do so! I have been in "quarantine" since my seizure and surgeries in January and February of 2019 so I'm (unfortunately) used to it!
      How about you??

@@jpm8960 I look like you in terms of height..? Based on the video, our shins look like they’re the same length/ height so that automatically makes me 5’8”😅
No worries! In a very sarcastic mood today so I’m actually responding with my actual thoughts of when people normally say I’m lying about my height🥴
I totally get it, though! I have dunked with some elite athletes & dunkers that have their heights at 6’1” but are easily 2-3” taller!
I was at the hospital a looooooot last year because of cancer, chemotherapy & radiation so my height and my weight have been measured at least 20+ times that I have on paper and I have measurements that range from 5’6.5” *(what it says on my online portal currently)* to 5’8”!!
I always like to measure height *(myself, the low rims I dunk on),* weight *(myself, the weight I lift)* & just to be as honest as humanly possible on my social media!

it seems that he’s incorporating a lot of overcoming isometrics into his workout which is something ive been researching, as its a way of increasing power and performance without size, it’s essentially trying to move an immovable object. This help your body to recruit a higher number of muscles to perform the exercise and gives a considerable lower percentage of injury, as well as using the exercises where your knees go over your toes to strengthen the muscles supporting your knees and the tendons to reduce knee injury. This guy knows his stuff! will definitely try this routine for my leg day. Thanks fella!

I'm definitely gonna have to incorporate these workouts. I haven't played (or really done much physical activity at all) in 2 years, but I tried shooting around and jumping at an outside court yesterday. Immediately I could tell I've developed some shoulder and knee mobility/strength issues. At 27 years old, I guess I'll have to prioritize injury prevention over pure results if I wanna get back to basketball shape. I could also barely touch the rim. In fact, I missed it completely on my first couple jumps. 😆

The dead lift isometric max using a towel for is a fabulous idea. We might want to hold the max exertion a bit longer, but it's a solid at home, no equipment, move.

Thank you for recognizing that, Dan! Can definitely hold that for a longer period of time!
I just like to give an exact, *"easier"* number for a general workout I make public *(like this one)* instead of a wide range or a higher number!!
I do it specifically for anyone who may be training like this for the first time!!
I appreciate your compliment and comment on my video!
