List of things to consider when house viewing:
1. Corner/Corridor?
2. Aircon units (where?)
3. False ceiling?
4. Ceiling Fans
5. Renovated kitchen? Colour? Material?
6. Renovated bedrooms?
7. Renovated Toilets?
8. Any build ins?
9. Tiles
10. Neighbours
11. View
12. Sun direction

your previous video mention that you are not looking to compromise on space. Can understand why you need so much space? Why not maximise your loan and try to get a 2rm Condo?
If you have a pet/baby, space is going to be an issue. As a first time home buyer, I want to get whatever grants I can get while I still can instead of heading straight to private property.
how much loan can you get with 1 income? is it not enough for HDB?

If you need to buy, just buy
SHOULD I? 🥲 Resale is so expensive compared to BTO but BTO need to wait. The dilemma is real
@@burnttcocoa Need to ownself balance liao. BTO need to wait and might not get what you want, but cheaper. Resale more expensive but you choose exactly what you want and no need to wait.
