Hello!! Really enjoy watching your House Hunting series and for being open & vulnerable with the struggles, as much as possible. I, myself, also had cold feet after paying the Option Fee to my BTO for a non-mature estate as I grew up in a central estate and going anywhere takes less than an hour 😅 But still, congrats on getting the Resale!! It's been a long journey of house hunting I suppose, and it must have been a huge sigh of relief when your offer got accepted 😍 Can't wait for the upcoming House Hunting series/House Deco series 🥰😍

I had a cold feet when I placed down an OTP as well! But we forfeited our $1k option fees for our 1st unit as we found another more favorable 2nd unit along the way. 😅 BTO definitely a heart wrenching experience & we went for resale for the same reason as well.
