Thanks Mr. Simon. We really love the Rock 'N Roll. If my apartment were larger, I'd probably pick one up. We have the one seen in the video in our exercise room and during the cold winter days when we're slogging at work on the catalog, I plan to spend my lunch break on it.

What I hoped to get out of this video was whether or not the resistance can be controlled by something like Zwift. I was disappointed.

Ride is terrific with bouncing of rare wheel which means stifness is very bad-when you ride a road bike we do not experience so much vertical vibrations and additionally this thing require wall socket power adapter while we easy generate above 100W at speeds above 20km/h :/
