I spy conscious coaching on the bookshelf, referencing charlie francis, and I caught a Jake Tuura reference elsewhere in one of your videos- subscribed!
Just bought your program through your IG. Excited to start training. It seems to be very well-rounded. Going to add Muay Thai training/Yoga in between the 3-day schedule. Appreciate the system/straight-to-the-point info. Cheers!
So it can be used in first part of session with some jumps and plyos as warmup for bloodflow and cns, before weightlifting, or after strength as form of metcon?
when using tempo runs as a reintroduction to sprinting after injury, like you mentioned in your hamstring strain prevention video, what would be the indicator that your ready to sprint again. Also how would you know when it is appropriate to increase the distance of that sprinting
Always droppin the best information man! keep it up!

Really good to hear this Will! Would you mind to tell the name of the Charlie Francis book you mention in the video?
I don't know for sure as he has a few different books, but I want to say "The Charlie Francis Training System"

Yes

You know by attempting to sprint and play sports and if there is no pain or red flags then you’re probably good to go. Gradual exposure.
@@willratelle8027 I'm in the same position with Insertional Achilles Tendonitis. Similar advice? Thanks.
