Another school year in which to excel! đ
I have always felt that summer assignments are really pointless, I know the idea is supposedly keep your brain working over the summer but I feel like you don't loose knowledge over the summer or anything. It's just an extra thing that you have to stress about when you are supposed to be relaxing before a year where they give you endless, often stressful homework anyways.
I could write an essay or even a book going deep into details about how Middle and High School gives out way too much homework. Being someone who really tried hard in school but still struggled so much, homework was a key part of my struggle.
It's like information overload during class, then it's like "now go home and regurgitate as much information as you can remember in a 3 page essay with proper formatting and citing, even though it was given to you all at once, and it's due tomorrow good luck"
When I got to college I had less homework, can you believe that? For the most part at least, or it was spread out over a span of time. Not just "here's this huge assignment and you better finish it by tomorrow."
No matter what I always tried to do and get done what I could get done but I will tell you it was very hard for me.
Ryan is such a fun-loving, positive kid!!
Will always live by the fact that when I grow Up I want the relationship that you guys have and be as amazing of a mom as you are. Itâs crazy how respectful you all are. Itâs not common anymore

I love these kids!! Just so engaged about getting prepared for school, they will turn out so much smarter I promise you. It does get a little harder throughout the years but they have each grade for a reason! :)

Honestly the cutest family on YT LOL. AWW good thing Katie can laugh about the day. Everyone messes up now and then under pressure. I'm a martial arts instructor. Had demonstration. I'm going to break four boards in several directions with different techniques in a quick sequence. Then my big finish breaking six boards with a front punch. Practiced all week no problem, went through smooth as butter. When you break boards and it works you don't feel anything, maybe a little skin burn. Believe me its not a trick. So demo is on my turn the four boards no problem, applause, applause. Front punch stops me dead, do the dance of owie, shake it off, try again, nothing but sore knuckles, not today folks, take a board away, like a brick wall. down to four my knuckles were twice the size from when I started. Switched to a palm smash. finally snapped four boards. Same day one of my students did a flying side kick, something she did all the time in class, this day she missed the board and floored the poor guy holding it. Don't know if his nose ever got straightened out. đ

Hopefully your first day of school was good! Mine was like 2 weeks ago and I honestly couldnât tell u what I did on the last day of summer đ. What didnât make me happy today was that it was 102 degrees where I live and my school as no AC so u can imagine how that was. Especially with over 2,000 people in one building.đ

Do you do year round schooling?
No...last year the teachers went on strike so they made us leave school in June when we supposed to leave in May then we started a bit earlier than last year...so I only had a month and a couple of weeks of summer
@@808_mg oh, gotcha. I forgot about the teachers strike throwing off the district schedules. It wasn't able to get that far where I'm at, but it was enough to increase spending costs to the point that we lost quite a bit of our smaller county schools. It also caused districts to have to drop non curriculum programs they offered for improving education.

Raul Rodriguez Where I live school starts on february 1st and ends on november 1st and our summer break is november through to january and we have 4 2 week breaks every 2 months throughout february to november! its so much better having a full school year in 1 year not like american schools where the school year is half and half!! :))
