കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ അവസ്ഥ വഷളാകുന്നത് കണ്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ തന്നെ മറ്റൊരു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോയി. Tvm kims.

My wife's SGOT 95 & SGPT 110. Abdomen scanning shows Grade 1 Fatty Liver. Though as per advice of Dr. she took Obitohep Tab for 45 days,but no change in the reading. My SGOT & SGPT remains normal and constant for the last 6 years .But I am a lever Cirrhosis patient since 2015 ( it was diagonised casually while a Scanning has done for calculai. Later CT&M R 1 Scanning confirmed it. Endoscopy were also done frequently .. Tests for Fe & cu were done and found negative. 1 am a teetotaler.Even after 6 years cirrhosis remains in the child stage. 1 am diabetic HbA1c is 7.6 .l have slight hypertension, Gallbladder stone.,prostate enlargement (Finast - T discontinued as 1 Feel comfortable even without its consumption .)I wonder why my SGPT&SGOT stands normal despite the chronic lever disease!?

Hello Doctor, my SGPT is 108 and SGOT is 48. I am not under any medication or not having any visible symptoms. I was infected with COVID a month before and having total cholesterol of 250 and high triglycerides. Other basic blood counts (FBS, HB, TWBC) all are normal. Is there any further test I have to take or need to visit a doctor?
yes you have to repeat SGPT and SGOT and bilirubin after one month. if SGPT still high consult a gastro doctor
