Indeed, I don't talk about VAT ... that's because VAT only applies if you are in the same country as the people who purchase your products ... doesn't apply here. At least for us.

Payoneer is not accepted by Canva unfortunately and I'm not sure what other payment options you might have in your country. Like I said in the video, here in Australia we can choose between Bank transfer or Paypal.
Do you continue getting payments from a person subscribed through your link after the two months if they still continue to pay? Are payouts reoccurring?
No, they aren’t.
Oh, that thumbnail was not necessary. You know very well that only 5% of affiliates will be rolling in that kind of money monthly. Why not be more realistic and state "Become Canva affiliate and make 1$ a month".

We debated what to put on the thumbnail (should we show a number? / should we not?), and we decided to show it because we thought it would be a source of motivation and inspiration for people.
I do explain in the video that it takes time to build this kind of income, and I start by explaining 3 types of profile that would do better than others when starting as Canva affiliates:
- Design influencers
- Design educators
- You have a large audience
My point is: with dedication and efforts, I believe anyone can build up to this kind of income.
@@TeamRonDi You are correct. I made my thumbnail to be honest - make $5 a month and that is a goal everyone can achieve, and my video only got 84 views in 12 days, compared to your 15k. Tough decision, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Wait, so you only get paid for the first 2 months of their subscriptions? That is NOT how affiliate marketing works! You usually get paid when someone signs up and you get commissions for the lifetime of their subscriptions!
I have beea a Canva Pro user from before Canva was even a thing! I wish I didn’t love to use graphic design as much as I do or figure out how to use Adobe just as well because Canva has got to be the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with! There’s ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER! If you ever have a billing issue, for instance, I was being charged for 2 Pro accounts, one of which I had not even touched and the other , my main account, through my ICloud subscription. It had been going on for 4 mo months! That’s $14x8! I don’t even know how the acct was set up ! So, I love Canva’s platform , HATE THEM😡🤬

To become an affiliate partner you’ll need to create an Impact Radius account. This even if you already use Canva Pro.
Hi, I joined the affiliate program recently. I tried creating my own affiliate link but I don't know how to generate one with specific offers, like "Free one month Canva Pro trial". I have seen other affiliates doing them and your affiliate link also directly shows that it offers 45 days trial. How to generate such links?
You should see your link in Impact Radius like I explain in the video.
By default you’ll get a free trial of 30 days.
Only certified Canva Experts (it’s an ambassador program by Canva that we are part of) will get 45 days as a perk for being part of this program.

You can try to record your videos via Zoom and add a virtual Background there, but the result will be much less professional than if you were using a green background.
Is the monthly fee a one time payment or continuing with each month? Meaning if someone signs up and pays each month ,do I receive commission on the monthly plan. Does that make sense ?

I'll try to answer all your questions 😁:
1. No, you can only take the user to the free trial. You will not get 45 days (that's only for Canva ambassadors), but rather 30 free day trial.
2. Correct. You'll get 80% of the cost of 1 month of Canva Pro for the first 2 months.
3. Users don't ask for their money back. They will not be charged during the free trial. They will be charged at the end of this trial. So even if they cancel their Pro membership after 1 month, you'll still get 80% of that first month in commission.
4. It usually works with money thresholds. I believe it starts at 100$. So when you get 100$ in commission, Canva will pay you. It's on a monthly basis.

Because the 45 days is an exclusive perk for Canva Verified Experts.

Yes, 80% of the first 2 months if the user subscribes for a monthly subscription or 25% of the first year when yearly.

Hi i recently got approved for the canva affiliate program. When I share my affiliate link with my audience, they are asked to fill their card details before the can use the 30 day free trial. So they are bit afraid not to continue. So can you pls give me a clarification on whether they will be charged by filling their card details in order to use the 30 day trial and specially is there a way to use the 30 day free trial through the affiliate link without filling the card details. You have to understand the nature of an affiliate partnership.
Canva is rewarding you to bring them new clients. So understanding that, it is normal that they collect CC details of the people who use your link.
People will NOT get charged during the 30 first days. They can cancel their Pro subscription at any time during this trial period. But they will be charged on the 31st day.
Hope this clarifies things for you.

not sure where you get your information, but regular affiliates will get 25% of the first year when a user signs up for a yearly subscription via their link.

You have to understand that our channel has over 160k subscribers and it's 100% dedicated to teaching Canva. It's therefore possible to make a really good income with a Canva affiliate link.

I'm not exactly sure if Canva will filter applicants or give a link to anyone who applies. It's definitely worth applying in my opinion. Worst thing that could happen is that you are not approved.

I would very much like to start being a Canva affiliate, and oddly enough, Canva recently sent me a Milestone Certificate for creating 2000 designs. I am on a budget as I lost my main source of income due to the global Covid pandemic and I still have to provide for my wife and our son. I already have the Pro account for over a year and I find absolutely priceless. I use it to create designs for sale on Redbubble and to design my book covers and interiors for sale on Amazon. We use a small Sony ZV-1 and a Rode wireless microphone.
To remove the BG from our videos we first shoot with a green background then remove it in Premiere Pro.

Good morning Ronny! I am working with the Canva Affiliate program since 2020 thanks to you and Dianna that were my Canva teachers since 2019. However, I received an email from Canva that they will end my contract by tomorrow July 21 - 2023 because I should be a "Canva Creator" to continue. I tried to populate the Form in the link they sent me and didn't allow me to fill it out. So, I have been trying to send to Canva Affiliate Support team an email with my CZcams Channel where I have lots of Canva tutorials and almost 7k followers, blogs, e-books, and Social Media where they could see all my Canva content, but they didn't reply to any of my emails. Do you guys know how I could finally reach them out and get ALL my links NOT working after tomorrow? Hello, I am a designer, and I love and use Canva a lot. I'm logged into my account, in account settings, and media properties, I put my Facebook account, and Pinterest, and it's verified. when I tried to put my Instagram account, a message said we're unable to connect your account, please try again later. I tried many times but I can't connect. If I put my affiliate link in my Instagram account and someone uses it and buys Canva pro, would I get the ''cookie'' and get paid even if my Instagram account hasn't connected to my Canva affiliate? I'm stuck because of this. I also put my TikTok account and the verification status says ''not available'' Does that mean I can't use my TikTok account to promote Canva?
You are mixing two different things here Marilena 🤔
On one hand you are trying to connect your social media account to your Canva account, and on the other hand you are talking about the affiliate program.
These are two different things.
The reason you are not able to connect your IG account is probably because, as of now, Canva only accepts IG business accounts.
So the bottom line is: you don't need to have your SM accounts connected to be able to use the affiliate link and get paid when people use your link to sign up for Canva Pro 😊
