When i was a building contractor it was full of times of anxiety. A horrible feeling. In later life I took up meditation. I did a course in it. Really helped me to have peace of mind. It made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and everything was all good. The building game is a stressful business. Employees, weather, customers, things going wrong, too much work to cope etc etc.
With you on that one, Done forty years myself all types of sites, all weathers , body still intact but starting to grumble .Just gone part time too and Dec and Jan do nothing we've done our bit mate time to let the young ones do it.😅
Anxiety is a problem for us in the building game especially if your self employed to much work how you gona cope not enough work how you gona cope it is really worrying and yes especially on a Sunday evening I don't know why but its true

Yes I get that anxiety.. knowing what you've got to do all week can be daunting especially physical work. Gone part time myself after 40 years of it😊
