    Let’s see how to make monsoon special khekda kanda bhaji today. Bhaji is pakoda. Generally, people think khekda bhaji means crab pakoda. But no, these are khenda kanda bhaji, onion pakoda. These have irregular shape, hence the name khekda bhaji. This is a very easy and simple recipe. As monsoon has started, bhaji or pakoda recipe is must. These turn out nice, crispy and crunchy. But we are neither using soda nor even a drop of eater!! They look tempting and taste super delicious. Having khekda bhaji with hot ginger tea while its raining, is next level satisfaction. We already have seen different types of pakodas. This is yet another simple but delicious addition to the list. Try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • Sliced Onions
    • Salt to taste
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • Besan
    • Rice four
    • Red chili powder
    • Turmeric powder
    • Ajwain / Carom seeds
    • A pinch of Hing
    • A pinch of Salt
    • Oil for frying
    • Green chilies
    • Salt
    Method:
    • Slice the onion and separate the petals. Add salt and coriander leaves and mix everything well
    together. Mash the onion a little while mixing.
    • Cover and rest the onion for about 15 minutes.
    • Add besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, hing, salt and coriander leaves and
    mix everything well together.
    • Heat up oil on medium heat and drop bhaji into it.
    • Fry the bhaji well from both sides.
    • When lower side is fried well, flip the bhaji over and fry well from other side too.
    • When bhaji are fried well from both sides, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer them into a
    dish. Khekda kanda bhaji are ready.
    • Wash the green chili and dry them.
    • Make a slit and drop them into hot oil.
    • Fry the chilies well from both sides and take them out. Sprinkle salt on the chilies.
    • Serve the bhaji with fried green chili or chutney or sauce.
