Thank you so much for posting, fabulous memories - this is my 1st season supporting Stoke, but remember some of the brilliant football played that season by
the likes of Ipswich, Villa & West Brom.

The ever-invisible Coventry amongst the Midland's highlights (I know there's the League Cup game towards the end). Oh, and I did see a penalty being scored against us in the Yorkshire section (I wonder if that was the only goal?).

Boy, has football gone backwards since then. Game dominated by diving, shirt pulling, wrestling, cheating, foreign millionairs now. Sadly I include my team as well.

Why did big Malcolm ever get rid of Peter Barnes at City? He was class! He bought Steve fucking Daley instead! Shouldn't of got rid of Gary Owen either. Peter Barnes went to the dark side but came home eventually..

Brilliant upload. We may have the cream of the worlds players these days but the atmosphere and supporting you're club has gone non league. Cheers Sky, premier league and the greedy fuckers at the FA for ripping the heart out of our national working class game.
