Jollof rice
1 kg jasmine long grain rice
140g tomatoe paste
300g of chopped tomatoes
340g corner beef
1 red ball peppers blended
1 habanero pepper
2 tps salt
1 tbs All natural spice blend ;
1 tbs curry powder
1/4 grated nutmeg
Chopped red and white onions
Blended ginger , garlic, & natural spices ;
3 tbs of virgen coconut oil
Sautéed vegetables ;
Red & white onions
Carrots
Green ball peppers
Spring oinions
A cup kidney beans
1 tsp of all purpose seasoning
1 tsp of Maggie sauce
Suya chicken
1kg of chicken thigh
1 tbs of olive oil

That looks brilliant. When I do cook, is often corned beef jollof rice with black eye beans, whipped eggs, ginger, chilli, tomatoes and red onions. All the ingredients cooked together. Do try it.

Hello darling happy new year I am doing quite well thank you 😘 .. for the airfried chicken I used a bit of oil to season it and I place the parchment paper in there because I didn’t want the chicken to stick on airfryer and makes it easier to clean it up later🥰 thanks for watching ❤️
