That was amazing I met both my guides: One was named Sarah and she guides me by protecting my soul and keeping guard of it and she gave me a crystal and she said to use it to call her whenever I need her in the physical world because I have a crystal in the physical world that looks like the one that she gave me. My other guide was named Derik and he said he keeps me from worrying about myself in the future and he gave me the piece of paper that had the word "Tranquility" written on it I had a piece of paper here in the physical world that had the word "Peace" written on it and I think the coincide with each other in some way. That was amazing
I had a an outer body experience last night listening to this without a doubt! This was an amazing experience that I will continue to learn and master.

Same here. I felt a warm feeling in my heart when i noticed a old hand on my shoulder. A tear slid down my cheek as my body gets chills down the spin. Then i see friends and families in my mind. Like they're trying to tell me what's important in the world. This is my first time too. Best to relax & be with your guides :) i felt 3 presence but i got to "feel" 2 so far.
wow i connected with two spirit guides and felt the presence of more of my spirit guides. it is a wonderful connection and an awesome assurance that everything is indeed fine if i follow my highest excitement

This was GREAT! Thank you immensely. There are spirits around me 24/7 who I am still trying to see/hear so they were elated that I mediated today. My great grandmother came through as well as my son/husband from past a life; then on calling the next spirit(s) I saw a woman in all white to my left and a man in a white robe with an african drum. The man who I felt was a family member from several generations ago gave me piece of paper with "spirit medium" on it. Will do this again. Thanks!
This was very interesting and emotional for me. The first guide is my grandfather, I felt peace and love and I even started to cry. He said he brought me strength gave me a purple medal of some sort saying it would keep me determined, brave and strong. The second spirit wasn't so friendly. I don't even think it was human? Almost... gorilla like, the paper said Hope. The word was positive but I felt scared of him. Stepping out of my body was definitely an experience, so free! Thank you so much!

This is an awesome meditation..... it carried me so strongly and so gently to the middle of a forest.... my sprit guides felt so real, so connected to me as they appeared one to the left, who took the energy of my late brother,my soul brother, and the other to a wild woman, long long fingernails and piercing eyes....... a forest spirit....... it took me from tears to bliss to feeling the wild call..... my soul brother, gave me a small crystal ball, with my third eye opening, and my forest spirit gave me a note with the word LISTEN..... i have no words to express how grateful i am for this meditation..... thank you so so much.......
It's my first time trying your method, and my spirit was doing each step of the video right before you explained the steps. I was able to see the spirit guides, their hands and arms and I was also able to see the note and my true self dancing just before you mentioned these elements in the video. Thank you.
Loved it! I wasn't expecting much but I had a really beautiful experience. My first guide was an old man in a cloak with wrinkled eyes and he gave me a golden key that was also a whistle. The second guide was a shorter Asian man in a black suit who had a serious yet playful vibe. He wrote love on the piece of paper. They both had a playful, wise glint in their eyes. I got the feeling that they were my past lives. We just enjoyed each other's company. Left me feeling really great and relaxed.

Great did the meditation and haven't got that relexed in a long time and met two guides not like seen but felt there presence my fist user guide was standing beside me when i was on the bed and i said hi and thanked her i tryed seeing her hand and it was a very fragile hand of a girl wearing a white cloaked with sleaves down to her elbow i dident bet a name but the i said hi and thanked her for the things she done for me i got this feeling going right through me like she was very happy.

Wow. I felt the temperature change before she mentioned it and tremendous vibrations in my body. It became almost a little scary and kind of distracted me from any visualization of spirits, but I got the strong impression of the names Nicoli and Penelepe. Never experienced anything like it before.

Lovely guided meditation. I didn't see much in terms of hands,face,... but I did feel more. It felt like someone touching my face on the right side,like a cold wind(all my windows were closed,no draft). I didn't make me feel scared. And when you mentioned the second guide I could see such bright light and energy rushing through me and could feel it strongly on my back like a major hug. I'm still new in all this and who knows maybe I will connect with my long forgotten gifts soon :) Glad I clicked your link :)

I had woman like being. She wore some sort of dress that merged with her body. Her chest was exposed and she had this glowing gold aura, it was like she was the essence if gold. Her gift was a shining ray of light that was absorbed into me. I felt a deep feeling of of love and affection as if I was her romantic partner. She did not really speak but I knew what she meant, it was mostly facial expressions and sighs but I understood. The second was a man in his late teens/ early twentys. He was handsome and his hair was slicked back. Had had a serious strong aura, much like a tree trunk in sturdiness. His word was "ask". He gave me a feeling like he would protect me from everything and he loved me. I had no real need to ask questions, I only needed to sit with them in order to feel a deep sense of understanding.

Try exercising your creative mind first! Try drawing or a little bit of writing. It calms you down and opens your mind a little bit, it also gives you spirit guides a bit of a head start!
That was out of this world. This feeling was absolutely beautiful. Half way through the clip, I felt a strong presence pushing down on my body as I lay, both of my arms went numb and I started heating up. I cannot explain how strong this presence was so I freaked out and shook my body and opened my eyes. Wish I never done that. Just never experience something like that before. However I then lay down again and still felt that presence just not as strong. Nevertheless what a beautiful experience

Thank you, that was amazing and very eye opening. I met two guides. I met Frank, who created a cooler atmosphere around him and made it so much calmer. From what I understood, he helps me think through things logically and peacefully. He protects me from the bad feelings and things, also he seemed to have a blueish tint around him. The second one I met was Uriel, she had a warmer atmosphere. She seems to help me take a chance and enjoy more.(I'm extremely cautious and shy.) There was a greenish tint around her. They were both smiling, his was more subtle, and hers was more of a cheesy grin. He gave me a velvety red ring box, and when I opened it there was a red rose ring. She gave me a piece of paper that said "Feel". Any advice, or insight?
I was not really feeling very much at first. However, the moment the first spirit guide came forward, I felt a presence on my left as I was lying down. And all of a sudden I felt a huge feeling in my heart like there was a small explosion there. Has anyone else felt this? Why feel it in my heart? It was such a huge wave of emotion and I started crying, tears pouring down my face. I think though I was so caught up in that one feeling, that I was a little distracted for the rest of the video.
can anyone help ive tried a few videos like this and none off them work! im calm and not trying to hard but I never see anything all I see is black cause my eyes are closed?

I have been trying to connect with my spirit guide for a long time, like years... idk what i am doing wrong because I don't think i have yet.. how do you know when it is happening? Will i see someone or will i hear them? I want Soo badly to accomplish this and continue to do so.
is it normal to have words come into my head when im asking my spirit guide questions. i mean to a point it kinda distracts me because i know i wasnt thinking so i start thinking about it and then i get confused and off track. i suppose it might be how my spirit guides are trying to talk to me O.o

And then i sensed that she was giving me was love and calmness after that she was gone like she wasent there so then i called another guide and got a nice man in his middle ages with a small beared i thanked him and asked that he would put hi hand on me but i felt like he had was on my legs and they felt very warm and nice it gave me the feeling that he was heeling them which i did heart them a few days back ill try it again the next day thanks
you gotta let go of everything. your thoughts your wants. the way you feel when you meditate may change like i am always cold. well when my spirit guides enter my space it changes i get fuzzy or worm. some people may see or hear them.
how do you know? i'm sorry i question a lot. but i do believe you actually i'm not surprised. i've had a demon fallowing me around from past lives an it seems i guess even with my charm it can reach me a little >.< omg guess i need to go out and buy a few books
I'm in need of some help. When I first started meditating I tried to contact my spirit guide without any help. During that time, I suddenly felt the sensation that I was gonna be sick. I immediately got up and tried to calm down. Same thing happened now, which is why I had to stop the video. Is this a coincidence or my guide trying to contact?
+Cat Lollypop Hi , i suspect when a spirit starts to blend with physcial body to sudden or quick the dense body reacts to the high vibrational spirit blending and the vomit sick feeling occurs.
I really didn't see anyone specific but a presence of a man and a woman but the only weird thing that happen was I felt that I only meditated for 2 minutes but when I check the time on your video it was 30 minutes that was the only weird thing that happened to me and a goose bumps it was awesome.
I didn this with my friends and my guide was 1protector: beautiful Asian lady 2 master guide who was a dragon with glasses and a clipboard and pen but I've seen him before, so my psychic abilities be WEEE Anyways thanks for the video!
My first guide had the appearance of a big beast, silver and white. He guides me to my gals, to my freedom, representing the ocean. He handed me a golden glass phial with purest ocean water. I noticed the dress I´m wearing was now long, flowing and silver. When i contacted the second spirit I noticed he was at my feet, because it was a small monkey, red and changeling between a slightly scary or relaxed face. He represents anger or passion, and on the paper he handed me was written: Star, in silver letters. My dress now had red borders, along with the golden spangles. What it means I don´t know =) Thank you so much for this.

Hello and firstly thank you for this meditation. I have a couple of questions if you could please answer them? The guide that came to me was all energy in a whiling form could this be my guide? The gift that was given to me was absorbed through my hand and mixed with my energy and the guides name is wind. Is this normal? I apologise for the questions if you have no time to answer them Thank you either way

Thank you, I went wondering off somewhere and still feel like my body is sinking in the water. While I was wondering off, my right arm floated up in the air and touched my heart.. May I ask what this means?

Thank you, that was amazing and very eye opening. I met two guides. I met Frank, who created a cooler atmosphere around him and made it so much calmer. From what I understood, he helps me think through things logically and peacefully. He protects me from the bad feelings and things, also he seemed to have a blueish tint around him. The second one I met was Uriel, she had a warmer atmosphere. She seems to help me take a chance and enjoy more.(I'm extremely cautious and shy.) There was a greenish tint around her. They were both smiling, his was more subtle, and hers was more of a cheesy grin. He gave me a velvety red ring box, and when I opened it there was a red rose ring. She gave me a piece of paper that said "Feel". Any advice, or insight?
I was not really feeling very much at first. However, the moment the first spirit guide came forward, I felt a presence on my left as I was lying down. And all of a sudden I felt a huge feeling in my heart like there was a small explosion there.
Has anyone else felt this? Why feel it in my heart?
It was such a huge wave of emotion and I started crying, tears pouring down my face.
I think though I was so caught up in that one feeling, that I was a little distracted for the rest of the video.
if i did it right i got a heart and word trust
can anyone help ive tried a few videos like this and none off them work! im calm and not trying to hard but I never see anything all I see is black cause my eyes are closed?

i passed out both times i tried to meditate and connect with my higher self.. woke up 2 hrs later with the labtop in my lap
Does it means it touched your shoulder if your shoulder gets slightly colder?

Thank you for the work. Need to ask. i tried it but my guide at times had eyes of fire like those in horror movies. Very scared. what's wrong? I'm freaking out. i did ask for protection from god and to send arc angels for help. please help. thanks

I have been trying to connect with my spirit guide for a long time, like years... idk what i am doing wrong because I don't think i have yet.. how do you know when it is happening? Will i see someone or will i hear them? I want Soo badly to accomplish this and continue to do so.
is it normal to have words come into my head when im asking my spirit guide questions. i mean to a point it kinda distracts me because i know i wasnt thinking so i start thinking about it and then i get confused and off track. i suppose it might be how my spirit guides are trying to talk to me O.o

And then i sensed that she was giving me was love and calmness after that she was gone like she wasent there so then i called another guide and got a nice man in his middle ages with a small beared i thanked him and asked that he would put hi hand on me but i felt like he had was on my legs and they felt very warm and nice it gave me the feeling that he was heeling them which i did heart them a few days back ill try it again the next day thanks

you gotta let go of everything. your thoughts your wants. the way you feel when you meditate may change like i am always cold. well when my spirit guides enter my space it changes i get fuzzy or worm. some people may see or hear them.
how do you know? i'm sorry i question a lot. but i do believe you actually i'm not surprised. i've had a demon fallowing me around from past lives an it seems i guess even with my charm it can reach me a little >.< omg guess i need to go out and buy a few books
I'm in need of some help. When I first started meditating I tried to contact my spirit guide without any help. During that time, I suddenly felt the sensation that I was gonna be sick. I immediately got up and tried to calm down. Same thing happened now, which is why I had to stop the video. Is this a coincidence or my guide trying to contact?

Hi , i suspect when a spirit starts to blend with physcial body to sudden or quick the dense body reacts to the high vibrational spirit blending and the vomit sick feeling occurs.

I really didn't see anyone specific but a presence of a man and a woman but the only weird thing that happen was I felt that I only meditated for 2 minutes but when I check the time on your video it was 30 minutes that was the only weird thing that happened to me and a goose bumps it was awesome.

My first guide had the appearance of a big beast, silver and white. He guides me to my gals, to my freedom, representing the ocean. He handed me a golden glass phial with purest ocean water. I noticed the dress I´m wearing was now long, flowing and silver. When i contacted the second spirit I noticed he was at my feet, because it was a small monkey, red and changeling between a slightly scary or relaxed face. He represents anger or passion, and on the paper he handed me was written: Star, in silver letters. My dress now had red borders, along with the golden spangles. What it means I don´t know =)

amadangelandme How can you see that? I'm trying to think of the guide but i can't, it just only feels like i'm making this person up, it doesnt feel real, i just get the feeling that someone is there but i cant see anything.. How can you see them?

I have a couple of questions if you could please answer them?
The guide that came to me was all energy in a whiling form could this be my guide?
The gift that was given to me was absorbed through my hand and mixed with my energy and the guides name is wind. Is this normal?
