This is actually a good game but he's approaching it like it's a first person shooter like Doom or CoD. He thinks the game sucks because you can't run or strafe or dodge. It's not that type of game.

It's the same way he played Elden Ring. If brute force doesn't work, keep trying, try to cheese, bitch about the devs and how the game sucks, then try brute force some more. He's got one cat, how many pet supplies does he have to buy every week? I've got one cat and a $10 dollar bag of cat food and kitty litter lasts an entire month.
With our late cat, we also didn't have to buy a lot of supplies. The cat food lasted also about a month, and sometimes a bit longer because we'd mix it with some additional canned food or even actual proteins like some cooked chicken liver or so. Treats also lasted us long enough. I'm guessing Dave is either too cheap to buy enough pet supplies for a month, or he's just being himself, a pathological liar.

I have already seen him fight here. He has limited ammo, dies, has limited ammo and just starts randomly shooting at the monster. I have never seen one person so stupid and stubborn to think they cam force the game to do what they want.

In phil's mind Every Platformer must play exactly like Mario, Every Fighting Game must play like Strret Fighter, Every FPS must play like Call of Duty, Every RPG must play like......honestly I don't know a single RPG that I could compare this too since he sucks hard at all of them, Even Pokemon which is one of those Easy RPG anyone should understand but my point is Phil's brain is hardwired to assume every game of a certain Genre must play like the ones he knows closely.

I'd say it's a boring game, but not necessarily a bad one. A few people with opinions I greatly respect don't like Scorn that much, and I can see why.
Funnily enough, I killed the boss on my 2nd attempt. It isn't difficult. Shoot when he is reloading, then shoot the baby thing when it takes the swing at you during the second phase. Not hard Phil. Awful at games.

Let's not let phils abysmal understanding of basic human function detract from the fact that this game is legitimately bad, its an exceptionally simple puzzle game stretched across 4 hours of good visuals and mediocre gameplay systems, phil will be remembered as more entertaining than this title and in terms of horror its as soft as puppy shit.
