“Looks a little phallic, but turned out great!” Good quote for Adam out of context!!! Lol

ayy way early gang! adam build a mini truck!
You and Jimmy could have an off-road mini truck off lol
^Datsun 720
He had the K truck build that beast
Well, Adam has two kei trucks. They're most likely just low priority.
Adam: Zinc and Vapour honing
Tommy: M3

Man that was savage. Heard a guy in CT leaves out sr20s to get stolen. Oof!!!
Who/when is this referencing?
You got an address?
@@b.rod36 first minute of the video bro…
@@Steven_Bo1 Lol, I know that. I meant which guy in CT.
@@b.rod36 if i’m not mistaken he’s talking about himself when he use to live in ct
Word of advice for taking studs out. Find 2 nuts that fit the threads. Tighten them together and use nut closet to the block to spin the stud out.
You have no idea how much joy it brings me to see that you didn't give up the SR20 engine, while you still use the 1JZ/2JZ's and RB's in the other cars you own.
Cannot wait to rebuild mine SR20 in the near future!
I wish my 240sx came with a SR20, but because their getting hard to find I took the first one I found. So the 240sx I found had a single cam KA24E.
So I'm going to LS swap it once my KA breaks down. Why LS because evey other motor is just too expensive. I can build an LS for cheaper then getting an SR20.
@@Alex-vz2jz once things open back up they will be a little easier to find hopefully
Same, cant wait to slap a neo head on!
"I'm really regretting not putting this thing on an engine stand and now i'm just working in a puddle of coolant"
Thats some rudnik shit there lmao
Oh man, the driveway jab at Tommy right off the rip got me. Those who know, know.
I was just about to comment the same thing

Looking like a very cool SR Adam.
That exhaust manifold looks so different to what we normally see
Love this SR content Adam!
You guys turn these round so fast 🔥☑️
I missed this content 🤧
Hey I just wanna say your my motivation to continue trying to learn how to work on cars I’m a beginning and I was just looking at car videos and I landed on a video of you talking about not knowing much about cars and ppl saying mean things this video was posted 4 years ago and your progression just motivated me to never give up thank you
I’m stoked to hear this sr20. Starting to look so good!
That welding clip was an awesome clip. Shout out mike for always getting the crispy shots!
Love how Adam is going back to the sr20 content
It’s good to know he’s stopping the never ending bad s15 and he’s repairing it and will potentially give it a name!
Adam I just want to say thank you for posting and doing what you do. Your channel and content is unique and extremely entertaining, I appreciate everything you do and feel someone should tell you that!
*everybody liked that!
I know my SR in and out been using it with out issues in over 10 years , recently tore it down to inspect it and give it the attention it deserves .. but enjoy seeing other peoples SR content.. good stuff
Videos like these is what gets me excited
Loving the SR20 content! I'm still hoping you'll do an SR20 with a VE head. I know you've talked about it and now is the perfect time!!!
What are the advantages of that?
It’s Nissan’s vtec sounds absolutely crazy
@@Matty.Hill_87 VVL head. 9000 rpm no problem.
Neo VVL is the "vtec" version of Nissan. Basically the cam profiles have two cam lobes, one denote as low cam and the other high cam. When the engine rev reaches a certain point, a solenoid will lock the rocker arm activating the high cam profile. This increases engine air flow capacity giving more power while still retaining torque in low revs with the low cam.
Basically An SR. Version of Nissans design.
Came in NA sr pulsars, p11, p12 bluebirds.
No rocker issues, biggest plus
120mph 6000rpm best sound ever 155mph right wheel arch cover keeps coming loose/high way pit stops what a youth I had ! Power keeps on going..
Love the hype you have in the SR. I feel like it’s a dying breed here in the states. I love the rumble a bottom mount manifold gives.
Dude, I am stoked to hear this thing. That manifold is exciting stuff paired with that G25
Woah. Never been this early! I miss the old vibes, glad to see its slowly making a come back!
Adam watching Pete Having a Sr20 moment is so wholesome
Love seeing these sr builds! Thinking of putting an sr in the wife’s s13!
Build the KA
@@240sxRule depends where they're from, outside of the States Silvia's didn't have KA engines. they went from CA18DE/T (actually older, from the S12, but more power than a KA stock and super strong) and halfway through the S13 model went to an SR18 or SR20 for the 180sx and silvia respectively.
Depending on your country, SR engines can be dirt cheap since they were in Primera's, Silvias for like 20 years, Pulsars and a few more, but the CA is well worth building and doesn't sound quite as bad as the SR lol
@@helplmchoking No need to explain all that to a 13 year old CZcams account named 240sxrule. I was just guessing he's an American, as Adam, and a majority of his viewers are.
Never get bored of an sr build vids
lunch time is always the best time watching you!
I love how you do your work
Can't wait for the build to be complete. It's gonna be divine.

God damn it Adam right as I wanted to go back to work you drop a amazing video I NEED to watch😁😁
Friends don’t let friends use rocker stoppers
Just curious why you say that?
Now thats JDM love right thier world wide! Haha

RTV gaskets for the win. I have an SR20DET. They are great. Great content. Thanks for sharing!
I seriously love every single video you put out keep up the good content!!!
Just FYI that gasket sealant makes paper gaskets one time use and disassembly takes some force. Really best reserved for sealing surface damage.
As a teen I sprayed a 2 stroke gasket set all at once without realizing they'd be ruined when removing the CVT cover and intake/carb for tuning. Made a bunch more cleaning work too.
Love the color of the S15 Enginebay
I want one of those manifold! Would go great with my gtx30 and Tial back housing! 💪💪
Never enough SR content…. Keep it coming.
Been loving the channel since you graduated from college man keep grinding loving it looking forward too every upload
Loving the sr20 build series
Keep up the good work Adam love your content
I love the SR content. Keep it coming my guy!
Love this sr build series 👍
I'm getting excited to see this sr20 run.
Glad to see wrenching vids coming back!!
Very strong boy, love you long time!
Love that ex manifold . Cant wait to ear it and see dyno result
Pete was saying that sr20 needs a dog box 😁🐾
That SR20DET soundss so gooddddd!!
Johan : "very strong boi, very strong boi" LMFAO🤣🤣🤣
Just spent all day with my bitchy s14 zenki.....cuddling and petting her to get her to play nice...rewarded with a working MAF and smashing good run around the block ...AFRs @ 14.7to1!!!! came in sat down after a long hard ,very hot day .....and this ASWOME ALZ video .... thanks Adam you just made my day
Damn finally, been waiting for this for a while. And again I was early, but still gonna hit like because your videos are always top notch
Damn Neu Jdm does fine work. That's got to be like a $1,500+ stock intake manifold!
So you've got the sand blasting machine (albeit broken)... Reckon the compound needs a vapour honing setup? They're not crazy expensive, not a whole lot more than sandblasting and certainly less than a dyno or whatever.
Would probably pay for itself with the use it'd get and save loads of time as well.
Loved the close out music playing over the last bit of of the content instead of after it fades to black. Nice touch Mike!
So dope you actually work on your own car (just discovered you recently)
Man that shop has been bright as hell in the last few videos
This is how I picture Devin Niemela becoming in the next couple of years, let's go dude!
I still remember a video where he broke handle bars on his BMX and was absolutely LIVID, it’s crazy how far people get.
This raw building motor thing getting to me 😍
I don't even have valve guide seals in the little 4 banger I have, they restrict flow. doesn't need them anyways. but its nice when the replacement gaskets have a bead of silicon already on them.
Im not usually early, but since I am here. Adam. I have watched you from saying "you dont wanna be a car duesch" when you were riding bmx before you had a car. All the way to now. I am so happy for you and Collette. I have never seen you so happy and fulfilled. With the dogs, and just talking together.
Be carefully with the gasket spray stuff. I used it and it ended up getting into the air, via fans I was running I guess, and I ended up with orange metallic on my freshly paint corrected 996tt. Had to go over it with a clay bar twice then with polish and a foam pad to get it all off
thanks for the heads up
LZ making CZcams great again
King of the bling
been waiting for this one
Love the SR content
Brooo I have never clicked soooo fast on a video. Adam I love ur content and I have been watching Colette more and u gotta got a ring on that girl bro and do more videos wit her
Bangin as per usual
Wire wheeling your alternator definitely cleans it up, but it will make it rust. find a direct to metal clear or galvanizing coat to put on it to make it last longer.
It's aluminum.
Mike Miller My bad. Corrode… it will still oxidate. Regardless still needs a protective coating of sorts.
Let's go Adam so amazing to see where you have come. You should jump on car X Drift some time would be mad
BEST VID ON CZcams!!! KEEP this type of content.
Uh, talking about RB25, remember me the R32, damn, what a great piece of kit!!
You can actually see Adam's enthusiasm and love for SR's. I will not be surprised if he sleeps with one rather than sleeping with Colette
Good video Adam👍
adam. you really didn't have to rickroll us like that LMAO that made my day.
Been waiting adam thank god
The BIO is hilarious !!!!

Love the Video keep it up
Best part of my day🤙🤙
Good episode mate 👌
Hey Adam you should get the guys to do a tool overview in the new shop! If it ain’t red leave it the shed Milwaukee is the shit.
Should have gotten a Hypertune intake manifold and a Hypertune exhaust manifold, they are from Australia and make top quality parts, you should check them out
Very strong boy 🤣 keeping it 💯
not trying to sound like a hater but i think this is the first video ive enjoyed in a while.
That exhaust manifold needs expansion reliefs between the ports. The CTE difference between the head and the manifold can shear the exhaust studs over time without expansion reliefs
I’ve been wanting this video too long
Hell yeah brother
yessss love early uploads mann

Full boost with VCT by 3400, built motor, you should be able to get the 550 at the same if not less, and don't have to worry about the rods going on a holiday having a built motor. Currently doing basically the same build on my built motor for my s14 drift car.
Would kill to get my hands on that manifold, my high mount stainless is a pain to work on 😒
getting the valve colors to match your FD s15 would look clean🤟🏼
Such a beautiful sr 😭
Very strong boy 💀 😂😂 very good content guys !
I love the video man
Pete the SR20 Technician.
I like to use 2 nuts to remove studs. Great video
Great Vlog.
Good work ✅
Great video. I've done what you did here and from my experience it's better to sand blast & powder coat the old parts whenever possible. Buying of the brand new ones and fitting them without a powder coating is kind of a time waste, as these will corrode/oxidise again...
