I love the lady-head lamp and I truly hope that you will eventually be back for her. Also, the polar bears and that ashtray. I personally believe that with smoking becoming almost obsolete in this last generation (yay!) that all things smoking/tobacco related will soon be very collectible. Again, another great shop!

I moved to Monterey in the mid ‘80’s due to a military transfer. One of my first “outings” was to the Courac factory there. Cool place and pieces. Every time i see you with a piece, it will always take me back to that time.

That alaskan looking pottery was by Sasha Brastoff. He was a famous mid- century designer of russian descent, lived in LA in the 50s and 60s. Love his work.

The Disney plate is Treasure Craft!! They made a bunch of items under the Disney License!! I thought you would grab the stacked pumpkins on on the bottom shelf under the one you did get. If they were lights, they would be so cool! You scored phenomenal critters this trip, esp. the polar bears, and; holy moly the crane sculpture is gorgeous😍. I love the Rag Riot booth, there is a brand here in the midwest that takes vintage pieces with damage & makes a new piece out of them, super cute! Where I live you could never, ever, make a penny, Antique malls, thrift stores, are over the top expensive, I go each week and I seldom get anything.
Here too. I just think ppl must want to keep their stuff and they overprice it accordingly. Maybe their antique booth is just surplus storage where they can keep their goodies without their spouce realizing.
If anyone has metal items they'd prefer to be shiny, I highly recommend Maas metal polish. It is easy to use, has no bad smell, and leaves an invisible film that keeps away tarnish longer.

Webb, Queen Burmese glass is very likely SOME of the satin glass you have seen lately. My mom was from Fall River, New Bedford Mass. and that item is plentiful there. We had a good amount of it in our antique store.
The owl that you were saying was molded is made out wood. I just found one and got it for maybe a dollar but now that I see that one too maybe it used to be a thing I will have to investigate👍

It occurred to me that owls make great fall/Halloween decorations! I have a big owl lantern that was my grandma's; it's my prized possession. I keep him out all year, during Christmas I put a bow around his neck. My mom also found a smaller owl lantern that she snagged for me--it's a brown owl w brown swirly marbles for eyes.

so, i sold an identical match to your 85$ lady head lamp, that you walked away from, however mine was ivory white in color, still un marked, and mine had green felt on the bottom i wondered weather is may have been a ceramic hobbiest piece my research turned up an almost identical piece,however, the hair was different. but yours and mine were identical jocelyn; aside from color i found mine at the local re-store

I found a Kosta Boda vase at Goodwill last week and it is signed. But, I'm having trouble identifying it on EBay. Just want to know if there is a site on line that does a better job of identifying and determining value. It is large, heavy and a lime green color, with a vertical black/white stripe and white interior. Thank you for any help!! And love everything you got but my fav was that fabulous lamp with the blue, green, white glass. Swoon!!!

Mary Walker my mom collects elephant figurines. My aunt came to visit and made her toss all the elephants with their trunk facing down. Said an elephant figurine should always have their trunk up. Said we would have nothing but good things come our way once we do. Mom listened to her and tossed her favorite figurines. And nothing happened. 😂😂. No good luck came mom’s way.
