The BAD mugs were given by companies to their employees who submitted cost savings suggestions. The “BAD” stood for “buck a day”. You could then say, “ I saved the company at least a buck a day with my suggestion”. The Buck A Day program was adopted by many companies in the late 70’s. The company I worked for did it and I had one of those mugs for years until it broke in the sink one day. It was a hoot to see one again. Love following your adventures. !
You passed over the Jacqueline Kennedy in mourning lady head vase. Those are about $425 to $450.
The crochet afghan took someone a ton of time to single crochet and counted cross stitch it. It is stunning.

Love this! This is one of my favorite antique stores in Lewisburg! I live about 40 minutes north of this fantastic place and shop here several times a month.I often find good treasures here for my antique and vintage booth.
That pretty orange and green throw is a cross stitch on a Cream cross stitch fabric (of which I can't remember right now). I've used it before to make a baby blanket. But, not a crochet piece. Only the lace is crochet and I couldn't see it well enough to tell if it's store bought crochet lace. Still a lot of work went into it.
My husband's aunt told me that a really good cross stitch piece looks as neat on the back side as the front. It shouldn't be a sloppy mess! Her words. She went to school to study embroidery, cross stitch, and quilting back when girls had to study that type thing in school. (Early 1900s). This was 50 years ago she told me this.
That black bowl is amazing! I love the way it pops with olive green and flecks of yellow/gold!♥️♥️♥️♥️

I'm not even done with the video but I gotta say I'm happy you finally went to lewisburg! If you like roller mills you HAVE TO go to street of shops. Talk about getting lost and overwhelmed lol but seriously so many great spots in lewisburg. Worth the trip
One of my favorite places out of many in that area. Hope you had some time to hit Streets of Shops, Lewisburg Antiques, and Silver Moon. All great places!
My husband and I spent our xmas's exploring Lewisburg's Rollermill Market. My sister-and brother-in-law- before she passed lived there after she graduated college in Selingsgove. They owned a lovely antique townhouse on 7th street not far from Rollermills. Great place to shop! There's also another flea market down by the Susquehanna river. Hope you two had the chance to stroll the charming downtown area. I'm grateful for but also miss the times we had there.
I want the barn wood framing. I may never get over my love at first sight feeling. ♥️

I actually went there yesterday. It totally wore me out! I was there for probably 4 hours and did walk through the entire place. I spent about $110. The best thing I got was a green mid-century fiberglass lamp shade for a lamp I've had for years.

Thrifters and re-sellers are so lucky to live in the Pennsylvania area. I am shocked when I see the assortment and the low, low prices. You need MANY hours to go through the Roller Mills! Their restaurant (if it's back open) has great homemade soup! Years ago we had a spot there...
