    She is challenging our patient.
Rather than set out clearly what she is about say and the process of getting it.
She just throws us lots of information and expect us to link together

Fear seems to be simplistically understood. Like it's something that can and should be cast out..-eliminated. In my opinion, I think of it in the same way I think of pain. It's a survival communication. In the case of fear, it is our brain systems letting us know that something isn't good, could be dangerous. Of course, there's social fears, that are almost like pseudo-fears, that we've evolved individually and within the construct of modern society, that inhibit our social, economic/occupational success and achievement. So I think it's appropriate for us to look at moving beyond or overcoming those kinds of fear. They don't really have a primal basis for any life or death survival.
