The trick is to NOT FOLD the phone for 24 hours after installing screen protector to let it cure. If you fold before it cures it will lift at the hinge location. Hope this helped!

I have to stop by to let you know that... I stumbled upon this great video while I was looking for how to install a camera lens glass replacement I had just received for my wife's Flip 4... and it just so happened that I, too, was waiting to take a rather long trip to go to my nearest Samsung dealer in order to have them replace the screen protector on MY Flip 4 that had begun to curl at the edges. And I had read.. with much trepedation how Samsung says YOU CANNOT DO THIS YOURSELF.. you must allow US TO DO IT FOR YOU because... BLA BLA BLA. SO not only did you save me a trip.. you saved me from having to wait GOD knows how long for someone at the store to replace it for me... (and when I spoke to them on the phone they did NOT sound friendly or accomodating AT ALL). SO much appreciate for posting this. It was very thoughtful of you.. and ENLIGHTENING that, indeed we CAN do it ourselves... I immediately ordered mine from Amazon, got it.. installed it.. and could not be happier. Oh, and epilogue.. installing the replacement camera lens glass on my Wife's was super easy as well. SUBSCRIBING TO YOU!

Mine only got bubble after one year use on the crease. So I just change the screen guard recently after more than a year use

I wanted to thank you for your teachings, I bought the z flip because my life is very busy and my ex cell phones was just falling in the ground every time.I am afraid of something happening with the screen protector, even taking great care, my fear is having to go in Samsung that is double the value of the phoneI live just for the change lol , now I know that if something happens with the screen protector, I can change! If you was to replace it your self and then trade in the phone for upgrade would they know the difference to the original one or have a problem with it?

Do you still have this screen protector on your flip? Any issues with peeling like the factory one yet?
Yep still on and still good, so it lasted the 6 months but I will be upgrading to the flip 5 so won't know how much longer it lasts.

Can you buy more screen protectors without the plastic bracket.

Where did you buy? The one ringke store are hard to apply they dont have that kind of applicator..
Also my flip4 Rubber in the lower screen both fell off, is that okay? Will it affect the IP rating for water?

I lost one of my corner bits as well. Not sure about the water rating bit of it but I have dropped my phone in the bath and it still works.
@@TerryLiveseyI lost both of my rubber corner pieces and when I took it to Samsung store they told me its classed as screen damage and not covered by warrenty. :(

did you removed the built in screen protector that came installed with the phone? i heard you should not remove it? mine is also cracking at the hinge.
Yep it was the factory installed screen protector I removed 😳
If its for z flip 5 so does also works for flip4
The flip 3,4 and 5 are all different. They do a screen protector for each model.

Mine got issue after 7 months, its not so big just like in the center

@Terry Livesey i am thank full if its last longer, its the first time i bought and i was like maybe its got broken after sucha small time
I brought mine to a phone kiosk in my local mall and they told me i have to ship it back.to samsung in order for them them to do it lol.
They told me it was part of the screen
Can't blame them for not wanting to do it, it's such a flimsy design 😳
I saw that you had a crack in the middle of the hinch, i have it too. Just to ask, is screen damaged, or is just a protective film/foil?
It was just the film and the screen was perfect 👍
