It says a lot that your kids are so open to trying new things. They are so adorable btw.
Thank you! It definitely takes time and me telling them I’m not making another meal, so you get what you get and don’t throw a fit. 🤪
Try blending avocado with salsa and a squirt of lime for a delicious dressing
Brilliant!!! I’ll try it! ❤️
Your kiddos are adorable! you are teaching them something that they can take with them into adulthood!
Your kids are adorable! I love that you are helping them to learn healthy habits early in life :)
You buy liquid smoke on the condiment isle 🙂
Awesome video, I love the transparent reviews of kids.❤

Make my BLT a TLT!
This is a very timely video because I want to try tempeh! I was so bummed that my Walmart didn’t have it! They do have that same liquid smoke which I have been using for years. Excited to try these recipes!
Just tried the tempeh BLT and it was amazing!!!👍🏾🔥 10/10
Yay!!!! So glad!
I for the life of me don't like tempeh. I have tried so many times. Tried steaming, sautéing, marinating...😝I wish I enjoyed it
Have you tried boiling it then simmer first for 8-10 minutes? It takes away the original tempeh taste….
I have 😒@@citigirlqueens6242
Hi. I love these recipes but do you have them printed anywhere?
I can’t seem to find your sticky finger video you mentioned. Please help me. Thank you
Thank you for sharing this simple video clip.
I notice you were using a store bought Lightlife Refrigerated Original Organic Plant-Based Tempeh. My local Walmart store does sell this Tempeh. Walmart ad says this Tempeh is "Cultured Organic Soybeans (Soybeans, Lactic Acid from Plant Sources), Water, Organic Brown Rice". However, I wonder if the package has been pasteurized to kill its fungus (Rhizophus Oligosporous / Oryzae). Can you confirm this? The reason I ask is I would like to cultivate my own Tempeh using this package as my Tempeh starter if it has not been pasteurized.
I’m Indonesian who’s been eating tempeh since I was a baby. Now I live in the US. I won’t eat Lightlife tempeh. It’s not what tempeh is supposed to taste like. It tastes horrible like plastic, and I can tell just by seeing the look that it’s not fermented perfectly. I don’t know what is wrong with that tempeh, but seems whoever is in charge of the production process doesn’t understand tempeh. Also, if it doesn’t have Rhizopus sp used to ferment the tempeh, then it’s not tempeh. I will not eat Lightlife tempeh, won’t even use it as ragi starter. You can buy Raprima ragi. It’s easily found online and it’s legit Indonesian product.
@@dailywwinThank you very much for your comment and suggestion. I really am glad to hear such a comment and you just save me from wasting my effort to buy such a Tempeh to use as a starter.
As with buying Raprima Tempeh starter, that is an excellent suggestion (even though I have never used it, yet). The only thing that holds me back is it is rather expensive to buy it online, i.e. Amazon sells it for about US $20 + S/H cost. A friend in Indonesia try to buy it for me (the same Raprima Tempeh starter of the same size) for less than US $1, but found no one was willing to bring it to me when coming the US (afraid of getting detained by US customs @entry port -- The whole package which weights about 1 lb is white and looks like an illegal substance ).
It's not a new PRODUCT? If you put tempeh in hot water or cooked for 5-8 min to take that little bit of bitter taste out
Caramel colouring is a very questionable additive. There are brands on Amazon that are free of that.
Thanks for the tip.
