I love the layout but the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired from mitered corners and horrible putty job on nails. And cheapest fixtures imaginable.

I'd use the loft as my storage space.
Love the built ins in the bedroom. Less furniture to have to measure and tetris...
I would not put in a slider as the main entrance, but a standard (secure) door.

This is one of my favourite homes
Its gorgeous. It's a real home inside a tiny. Love everything about it. Would love to live in a tiny like this. It has a real living room instead of just a bench which is what u see in many tiny homes.

That sure is a lot of counter space. It would be great if more of it were between the stove and the sink..... where you would prep food.
So much you love... Though I don't get the angled bar bec it squishes the kitchen space in & feels tight looking. And the backsplash is a bit weird

I love this tiny house i wish y'all were a lot closer to me i would make the loft my office space and take out the carpet and the raised platform and take window unit maybe put a mini split and no wall a industrial style railing
My problem with your models is the walls have theses ugly plastic strips . I’ve seen other tiny homes made by manufacturers who also make larger homes also and they don’t have the strips. It really makes them look more like a cheap Mobil home. Really find a better way. I’m in the market for one but that’s a deal breaker for me.
It’s just a mobile home with a new age design. It isn’t a true custom tiny home.

Can the Park Model be hooked up to an existing septic tank and well?

@@49eddieg You will need to T off the septic and put a 4" PVC Pipe stubbed out for it to connect to it.

@@49eddieg There is no tanks on Park Models the black and grey water all lead to the same pipe. Fresh water you want to make sure you have a frost free hose bib available juts like you would hook up your RV to services.
