Freedom is our right, but we need to follow our duties too, so state not put any restriction to it.
Ar. 19( 1 )(a) which gives freedom of expression to a citizen, also provides same right to media.
But media need to be sensitive enough to be called fourth pillar of democracy.
Ar. 15 should be read with Ar.14 and equality do not mean compromise ( tustikaran).
Crime is crime. Criminal do not have caste or religion.
But even if a person dies in an accident, media reports it by caste , in a way like it's a murder.
Obc is part of biological caste discrimination system who are 50% of population infact most of the inhumanly crimes are committed by obc to sc/st.... Please clear this obc is part.....its height of invisible hypocrisy... As they are shown labour but they are part of all this karm kand.
Why don't he remove khurana first. just use ayushman

Im also from Rajasthan. There was an incident. Some girl kidnapped from our town. So me and my friend started searching for her as police told us. Then to some ladies we asked that have u seen any unknown girl here. The lady response shook me- Kya caste hai us ladki ki. I was shocked like someone is in problem and you want to know her caste.

I've been staying in Ahmedabad for last 6 months and I came to realise how hollow the claims about the state is. There is development yes, but you'll find the poorest slums within this city. Alcohol is banned but you'll get any kind of weed, anywhere. You'll find stoned people walking around. There is casteism etched into them and hatred for other religions. The whole Muslim community live segregated and the people here believe that the massacres that happened were necessary and right. They think so mightly of their state that the fail to recognise and mend their shortcomings. And when the new government got into power, this has only increased.

Hindu scriptures bases castes according to profession, a soldier born a shudra should become kshatriya,unfortunately this doesnt happen so. Real reservation lies here. Theres no point of ending caste system when you'd prefer an engineer over a low waged workers, discrimination is bound to happen, even less of the less. Why not preserve hindu culture as well?
According to estimates by the 2015-16 National Family and Health Survey, around 26% of the population does not belong to the Other Backward Class (OBC),Scheduled Caste (SC) and ScheduledTribe (ST) category.
This number can be used to estimate the total upper caste population at around 350 million. So there are 616 million as called lower caste in india which is fairly higher.
Government Educational Institutions (like IITs, IIMs etc) - as per Article 15 - (4), (5), and (6)
Government Jobs (like IAS, IPS etc) - as per Article 16 - (4) and (6)
Legislatures (Parliament, and State Legislature) - as per Article 334
Total reservation 7.5+15+27=49.5% for which 616 million are competing.
The remaining 51% for which 350 million are competing. (The only reason the cutoff for any papers have been set higher)

Marathi ,Malayalam and Tamil cinema have already started taking about caste ,gender etc ,it's just that Bollywood is coming up with it now ,It's an important film as far as Bollywood is concerned
Exactly we had a marathi movie like Sairat which appealed to all sections of the society and revolutionalized the industry like nothing in the recent years

@@prasad0786 so tell first our obc fellows to marry sc and sc to St general population are always open as there open category. Dr ambedkar married to brahmin his grandson too... Akhilesh married to rajput caste but why not sc st.. Simple it's their choice.... Don't dump intercaste marriage.
30 percent reservation is fixed for sc/st but they can go upto 70 percent literally, the unreserved seats are also open for them. Unreserved means unreserved. If govt will fix 70 percent for sc/st and remaining 30 percent to obc and others, where will a general category candidate go? Research on every aspect first then talk, right?
Reservation doesn't solve the problem.. if it could , castism would have been eradicated long back ..

@@noname3587 bro, that was not your original point. Yes they didn't make much noise in the box office but aakrosh is a gem when it talks about caste issues.
Sairat talks about honour killings and intercaste marriage. Whereas Aakrosh has that plus a lot more.
Caste system is not a Dalit issue. It is a different issue which should concern 85 percent of the Indian population. The issue which concerns Dalit's exclusively is Untouchability. Confusing Caste system with only Dalit's issue has made it a small issue.
