Thank you.

Wouldn’t miss it for the World, Top Of The World. Praying you don’t have to repeat the process. Watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸🦅 No Snow Just Breeze !
I will join you in pray for that Kirby thank you
Thanks for the video. Just watching you work in the cold make my hands hurt. Take care God Bless.
Alan
Sorry to hear that Alan, I think you have had enough pain already I will wear my gloves all the time for you if I can. To be honest it is nice to get the dam things off as soon as it starts to warm but maybe what I think is warm is still very cold to most. Have a great day, God bless.
To get a spike in the tire in the summer is bad....to get a spike in the tire in the winter is almost unbelieavable....very bad luck. But you did a very good job Simon, respect for the hard work you did. Take care, hilsen fra Norge
Thank you, as a wise man once said " if I didn't have bad luck, I would have no luck at all" Be well
@@arctic-rebel ha ha - very wise man, I will remember that word 🙂
GENIUS!!! What an awesome walking instruction manual you are Simon! That was truly inspiring from start to finish. Brent is working from home today (Sunday) and I am watching so I mentioned to him what you were doing….His reply was …. I call the RACQ (roadside assistance here). I said not happening in Swedish Lapland. His response well I buy a new tractor then….I said we wouldn’t have the money. Well, he said, we’d be up shi_ creek then! Meaning, Simon, what ever everyday things are thrown at you you are able to overcome them. You have lead a very interesting life and a would make a fascinating author! Please consider writing a book!
Thank you and have a wonderful Sunday with your loved ones.❤️🇦🇺🇸🇪
Thank you Anne, I know for a fact if I wrote a book in today's world it would not get published. It is nice to play dumb on the fringes of civilization and fix things just so I can keep warm and feed us. I maybe so bold as to suggest Brent would very quickly be out of funds unless he learned to fix stuff quickly if you ever found yourselves in the creek. I pray that never happens but things are changing fast on our little globe. Stay blessed our love is returned.
@@arctic-rebel so true Simon. Abundant Blessings ❤️❤️
Howdy Simon- great job getting the tire fixed which is not a push over. I like the idea of using the clamp on the trailer boom. Genius idea, too bad it didn’t have the grip. Hope all is well with you and Ms. Sarah. Have a great weekend my friend. God bless
We are good thank you Paul, it almost worked and certainly helped. Our blessing to you both.
Somehow, just somehow I knew you would WIN!! Fair play Simon... fighting the Old Girl's wheel is just no fun... especially outside in the winter! Stay safe and warm up there - look after yourselves!
I can say with some certainty we are the same in as far as it is not the winning or losing but the participation in life that matters. For that I will always be grateful. I am sure I commented on your latest video with regards to your snowy day if not I was captivated. Our love to you both.
@@arctic-rebel Yes, you commented... I am SO SLACK when it comes to comments... I shall rectify my dalliance soon, I promise!
Nice to see you again happy days 😊
Thank you! 😃
Hydraulics on the old girl must be good holding it up that long without creeping down. Good job!! 🙂👍
Thanks, yes they do hold well all things considered.
Hello Simon! You are a good person. Good work sir. Hard work but you got it done. Tks
Thank you, just doing what is needed.
Never a fun job. Well done good sir.
Thank you, I really do not like these jobs.
Dam nails? Really sucks, at least the weather wasn't too bad.
And Casper waits patiently for the ball to be thrown ❤😊
Always, if he is not scratching the ground while I am trying to film!
not so easy to fix but you did a great work
Thanks 👍
Hi Simon You May Not Think This But I Do Worry About You Especially Watching You Climbing In a Out Of That Big Cab With Plenty Of Snow All Around You Makes It Very Slippy Could Give You A Bad Fall But I No You Are A Very Experienced Person Who Allways Gets The Job Done It Was Nice To See Little Casper Hope You A Your Family Are Well a Happy By The Way This Was Another Brilliant Video Hope To See Many More As Allways Please Take Care From Blue In England
Hi Blue, thank you again for your thoughts and kindness you amaze me.We are all good thanks and I appreciate everything you have to say. Take care my friend.
Nice that you dont need a Jack wich are awful in cold and slides off easily, and you dont have to crawl around on the ground.
My JCB 426 wont lift itself like like yours and its only 10 years old🤠
It does have a huge advantage being able to lift the wheels, especially when it comes to putting the chains on.
Another awesome video simon interesting way to fix a flat tire we are into spring down here bare ground and mud season you take care and be safe up there
Thank you Eric, that was quick, I remember all that mud and sh*t you can keep that. Be well my friend.
Well done Sir, no such thing an easy bead break on a tractor tyre. Stay safe&well.
Thanks, you too!
Nice job Simon.. it's not an easy task to do.. I've had a couple of encounters with smaller tractor tires, and they were difficult enough to handle.. Hope your back is hanging in there🙏 We are experiencing some strange, but welcome weather.. me and my wife went for a trip today.. and it was +9 °C, a warm breeze and sunny... fantastic😎 Hope all of you are doing good, keep the videos coming, stay warm and safe... all the best🙂 P.S... give the furball a rub on the tummy from me.
Furball rubber and we are all good thanks, I am sure winter will be short for us this year also we are not at +9 but are much warmer than normal right now. Enjoy it while you can. Take care.
Thanks Simon, you did a great job, I know all to well of doing that job.
I am sure you do Mark, well lets hope I don't have to do another one this winter.
Hello sir
geting a nail in tire in winter time is bad.
this was heavy duty old scool kind of work.
it was realy bad luck and I hope enough for another few years.
so fingers cross for good luck in this year.
greetings from Slovenia 6 C° and raining.
You are right, I have never had a nail in the winter so lets us hope that is the last. Thank you and take care.
For being an old boy by yourself you did a hell of job Simon I only hollered at the screen 2-3 times so good on ya 😂😂😂😂 thanks Sr.
Never heard a thing Brad but thank you all the same.
Tack!
tack så mycket, du är bäst
well done simon. brings back so many memories for me on the farm . tyres much more difficult when cold . regards paul
Thanks, I have never has to remove a tire in the heat so would not know!
Well hopefully the patch holds up Simon. I assume you cannot run tire without a tube due to the bead not sealing well enough? Oh and before i forget, i had asked about an email for you. You said the one under your channel would reach you but i think they are both links to get folks to your channel or buy you a coffee which i need to do. I was referring to an email that would reach you personally. Maybe i had done something not correct or missed one?
I remember when I was very young watching my dad break beads on tires. Lots of times he would pull onto or run over the tire with another vehicle to accomplish it. I have an old bumper jack from a vehicle from the 60's or 70's that i have used before. Put the tire under the edge of something that doesn't move, place the base of the jack that goes on the ground onto the tire and jack till the bead pops. The base of the jack i have even has a curve contour to it and allows me to get very close the edge of the rim. Ive also used ratchet straps around the center of the tire, connect each end of the strap to itself and crank away. This allows the tire to pushout towards the rim on inside and out then put air to it. Works great on even lawnmower tires or whatever but with a tube, it might have different results.
Looks like your weather is holding. Were back to a major warmup. Doing yard cleanup today and came in for coffee. I invited a friend over to your channel. He'll probably stop bye once he finds his email i had sent with the invite.
Have a great weekend and be SAFE would ya? God bless and we'll see you down the road my friend. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Sara 👋 ❤
Hi Micheal, email address is bizmailtube1@gmail.com, is also where I said it was on my home page you just did a bad job of looking for it but you will find it under email address on my about page. I would very much doubt these wheels would hold air even if I tried. I have used some of the methods you mention on other wheels also but no way am I even trying to get these things off and it is a ball ache no matter which bead you want to break but it was still better than before. You know it is just a bad job to do. It is warmer here than it should be but given how close we are to the sun just now it should be no surprise.
Be well my friend we send you our best.
Yeah I know where your talking but I cannot see on my end the things you speak of. All I can see is your description of what your channel is about and the two links I mentioned, that is all. Not a big deal. Anyways have a great night and day tomorrow.
If your dog could have held one end of those chains for you it might have helped getting them back on.
LOL, if my dog could do that then I have a huge list of jobs he can do
🤠👍
Im guessing you looked at the inside of the tire to see or feel if any other nails or screws poking .???
No my arm is to fat to fit in there! I did however fit a small child inside to look for me, just can't remember helping them out again. Am I missing one?
Lolol
If Volvo doesn’t hire you as a spokesman, then they don’t want to make money. Your Volvos are tiptop.
Thank you, they are just great work tools and easy to fix.
Let me guess that they don’t have that size tube at your local tire place or you just don’t want to buy a new tube
Nothing is local here, it happened on a Friday afternoon and nothing opens at the weekends if I could even get to town and everything costs both legs is the answer. Thanks.
About the only way Simon could get a new tube up there ‘Ontop of the world would be to have one dropped (airmail) Ha Ha but why would he want to buy a new one when he can patch the old ?
Good job Simon
Loved that hydraulic tire bead breaker . Great idea , beats a sledge hammer.
Poor gloves😢
LOL, I was gutted I did that but they are ok.
Poor pliers!
