    Ingredients:
    * 1 bunch kale
    * 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    * Sea salt, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Remove the stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale.
    4. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
    5. Arrange the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
    7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
    Tips:
    * Make sure the kale is completely dry before baking to ensure crispiness.
    * Check the kale frequently after 10 minutes to prevent burning.
    * Store in an airtight container to keep the chips fresh.
