I have had an electric bike for years and it's great except for one thing. You dare not park it for long as it will be gone, even with the best locks, you will always be worrying about it. We need a cheap secure locker system.
I'm scared to leave my e-bike even for a few minutes. My motorcycle (Yamaha YZF-R6) on the other hand I leave right in front of the store with the keys in it for hours without a worry.
it is why I like this foldable design it can go with you a lot. more - but I get it mate - I really do
I will suggest lockable storage units for ebikes at the Council planning meeting

Thanks very much Robert, I'd been looking for a video of someone who'd actually taken it on a train and you seem to be the only one I could find, so very much appreciated. Was undecided to take the plunge but will be purchasing now for riding to and from current job and also opens up options to search a little further a field for other jobs that I can reach via train and ebike.

I always thought Paddington was more in the West of London ? But great review of the A20 ADO which as said is a very versatile bike and with a good range also. The fact that it is foldable means you can take it with you almost anywhere removing the need to carry a heavy D -Lock .

Like it Rob, hope to see you out more on the bike. Whenever I get a new Ebike or add a new battery I like to go on a test run to get an idea of the range. Really cool ebike btw, over the last 14 years of ebiking there's a few decisions I've made e.g. I wouldn't have anything but disc brakes, and rear wheel drive is much safer/better than front.

Robert, you really should raise your saddle about 4-6 inches, you will ruin your knees with your current set up
So You live in Canterbury home of my Universities CCU, another northerner in the south like me. Much better weather. I am thinking of one of these for my home in Grocinas Portugal. I like to go to Coimbra and go out for the day then stay in my favourite hotel for the night. We have some pretty serious hills in Coimbra but the place is gorgeous so you want to see it all. A lot of folks have scooters but you could not take them into the hotel so so one of these makes sense. I think I would go for a higher power (illegal) one say 1kw. You can also throw these in the luggage of coaches but don't ever try to fly with one the airlines will not allow it. Too big a battery.

You basicaly cycled round my old work stomping ground was nice to see it again but I'm glad to be away from it 😂 It looses its appeal when you do it every day sun rain and snow 😂

Make a ebike with bromide battery, for people like me, that live in México, lithium battery are very expensive.
Would be interesting to see the range and speed on a ebike with bromide battery maybe would be as the lead acid battery. I havent seen any youtuber made a ebike on bromide battery.
Nice travel size on the bike. It is unbelivable to me tgat busses and teains don't facilitate for the passengers to bring their bikes. I bought a car and stoped using public transport due to this shortcoming in public transport thinking.
Mod Pizza @ 2:50 in the video. Will recommend giving it a try sometime if pizza is ever in your lunch plans...it's a really well thought out "design your own" individual size pizza that they cook in a brick oven for you. Otherwise, great video...thanks.
