It's just too much hair and the extension hair is too thick. The colour is very good, colour-wise it looks absolutely natural and he did a good job with blending - you cannot perfectly blend such a short and straight bob without using shears.
However, it is the extensions are way too thick, makes her hair look like a cheap wig. Reminds me a lot that horrible wig with 50 braid hey made Daenerys wear in 8th season of GOT.
