US marine's M4 has so much mounted kits plus w/ muzzle break, i wonder if it still light or maneuverable to shoot & carry..
Most of those are the new M27. Heavy and longer especially with the suppressor. Some still carry the M4 but few. My son carries the the M4 but that is only because he is also a grenadier.

Times are changing......enemies are more "technical".....they need to add DRONE GUNS AND SIGNAL JAMMERS in the mix of their exercises....as years pass on, rich countries rely more on technologies to do their battles so it will be wise to up the ante in terms of fight plans with annual war exercises
