His power is the ability to prepare for shit basically. from a physical standpoint if he didn't have any weaponry or gadgets on hand anybody could really take him. But it's like he plans shit like months in advance.
Well, he's not exactly true-to-form in this series. Joker wouldn't have hesitated to shoot Ivy right then and there under normal circumstances. But hey, different series, different writers. It's still a fun romp
Actually, Batman and Joker are what the DC Universe calls "Metahumans," Which is a designation for a human who's abilities constitute a low level super power, but aren't quite a mutant, or an actual superhuman. In Guides for the DC universe, they're both purported to have IQs in the 260-280 range, they're both unnaturally strong and agile, they're both immune to the majority of chemical weapons, and both can resist spells and curses. The only real difference between them, other than who's superior in what area, is that the Joker's a coward in open combat and standoffs, while Batman couldn't give less of a fuck if he sold everyone else's before showing up, just to make sure there were none in the room.

But it's incredibly inaccurate when dealing with the character of Joker. He doesn't have any feelings for Harley whatsoever, he's a psychopath, he wouldn't care about her leaving at all. I don't mind when the writers try to make Harley seem cool, but you don't have to make the Joker act so unbelievably out of character to do that.

Joker cares for her leaving because it makes him look weak. He doesn't give a damn about Harley otherwise. He did this in the animated series, too, anytime she tried to do something that embarrassed him. He'd usually try to kill her or charm her so he'd look strong.

Depends on the iteration. At least one version of Ivy sees her as mother nature and her sentience extends beyond her physical body so much so that she could just use the plants to grow a new one if need be. Other versions she's just a botanist with green skin and really cool plants.
