Maybe. Slacker who graduated by sleeping with the professor? Also, maybe) how loyal she is to "Mistuh Jay" (anywhere from blind loyalty to "what the hell could I ever have seen in that creep?"), how close she is to Ivy....
Face it, Harley is one of the most inconsistent characters in DC.

Once you factor in her playing the fool and actually being intelligent you can see how “intelligent” she is in truth. And when you’ve done that you see she isn’t all that impressive relatively to other characters.

Arkham Harley's costume has a nice balance of modern fanservice and old school design. Definitely prefer it to jean shorts.

Always loved her jester costume from the 90’s though. It’s a classic!
I think Harley dresses without restraint or fear is the mirror to break her prior mousy reservered Doctor persona.
And if she is sexualized it's by choice and is as a weapon she uses as a femme fatale... same as Ivy one reason there connection always made sense in the comics... but also left them too similar in some adaptations. Lots of ways to metaphorize her as damaged goods, looking good on the outside means something might be broken on the inside(known a few girls in my time like that, pretty real and quite saddening phenomenon) and this dc animation run really captured that free/insane spirit.
Should add sure the comics industry sells to mainly ternage boys historically, so yeah in some runs maybe it's more shallow but honestly time and retellings have really given Miss Quinn a bit more depth. Same in many ways as the Joker has been elevated to arguably the greatest comic villian, they both evolved to logically justify there early design.

Hynden is my favorite. Tara is too grating. Arlene sorkin the original is second. Not including live action. Ecco from Gotham is first and Margot Robbie in the 2016 movie as well as most parts of the 2021 movie are mine. But hynden is the best to me.

Hynden Walch is definitely the best imitation of Arleen Sorkin. Although Tara is my favorite because she was my first Harley, Arleen is the best and Hynden is second.
Edit: Sorry. Tara is my favorite. Kaley, however, might tie with her. I’m still figuring it out. Kaley is SO GOOD!!!!!! Kaley is second best, imo. But Hynden still does the best Arleen impression.
Tara plays Juliet in Lollypop Chainsaw which James Gunn wrote for. A live action version of Juliet would be good with either Tara or Margot. I feel like Tara would be good. People will claim she is 'too old' even through she looks a lot like the character. Just look at her in the Harley Quinn uniform.
She's not arleen but she's really good. Better imo in some ways. Arleen is less excited and a bit more subtle. Arleen was perfect but I prefer hynden.
Hynden is far better than Tara or Kaley for me. And the writing for her version is always better too except for the scene with deadshot in assault on arkham for me. I don't think she'd do that.

4 VARIANTS OF (HARLEY QUINN) WHO ARE HEROES I IMAGINE COULD EXIST:
The first is (Harley Quinn) of Earth-22 Realm, I imagine a few years gone bye in her realm, and she eventually changes to become a better person.
To add she is now a genuine reformed ex-criminal, and I imagine that she starts her own BountyHunter business.
In addition I imagine this variant of (Harleen Quinzel) is a bisexual, and I imagine while she is starting up her business she is dating Poison-Ivy.
The 2nd. is (Harley Quinn) of Earth-2 Realm, who was a huge fan of The-Jester hero, and she was very sad he was killed by members of the (Crime Syndicate).
So (Harleen Frances Quinzel) decided to try to pick up the mantle, as the next masked hero, and her hero name would be (Harley Quinn).
In addition I imagine in order to be a better fighter, she decided to go to self-defense classes, and learn to use real weapons as well.
The 3rd. is (Harleen F. Quinzel) of Earth-11 Realm, who was born a boy in this realm, and his full name is (Henry Frances Quinzel).
In Earth-11 Realm HENRY is both leader, and boyfriend, while the variant of The-Joker was born a girl, and her birth name is (Janis Violet Grey).
After a while dating (Ms. Joker) HENRY decided to quit being with her, he then decided to use his criminal skills in a good way, like the legendary heroic thief RobinHood.
An so this way he could give money to the poor who need it, and secretly donate money to charities,
Plus to add donate money to rehabilitation clinics, and donate money to hospitals for any type of healing research.
The 4th. variant of (Harley Quinn) is of Earth-36 Realm, I imagine in this realm she had become a MetaHuman, by accident when she was a teen runaway.
I imagine in this realm teen girl (Harleen Francis Quinzel) ran away from home, because of her abusive stepmother, and on a certain day when she was stealing food, and other items from a store.
That store was in an area that was a little close to a laboratory base, and during that day something went wrong on a scientific experiment.
A blast happened, that spread all the way to the very store, that teen (Harleen) was inside at, and she got exposed to unknown non-lethal radiation shock wave.
After that happened teen (Harleen) passed out, when she woke up she felt woozy, and then a few minutes later she started developing a glowing body.
Then afterwards teen (Harleen) decided to leave, to try to find a place to rest at, and try to figure out what is going on with her body.
Then an hour later (Harleen Quinzel) had started developing powers, when it happened she was both surprised, and scared at first.
But then she decided to practice using her powers, in the beginning she used her powers to get bye, then she decided she wanted to be a hero.
In addition she then had a tough time, trying to figure out what her hero name should be, but then she came across a classic show series hero, the title of it was (THE GREY GHOST).
And so she decided her hero name would be the BLUE GHOST, it’s because out of the eight powers she has, one is to make herself invisible, and the other is to be able to go through certain types of solid objects.
