It’s amazing how that came to life right before my eyes! I got a lot of good tips but it is still a bit overwhelming! I have been drawing for a long, long time but I am still in awe of this technique!
Thank you for this tutorial. I was able to follow along. I didn't have 3,5,and 9B pencils or a white gelli pen but was able to use B,4,6 and 8B and white acrylic paint for the highlight. It came out really nice! Awesome video.

WOW ! :) I have just stoped after 4 hours passed ! I thought it was like ..max an hour ! And all this time I was working on the pupil untill eye lashes in the reflection ! ....Now, I know how much time goes into pieces like this one ! I guess, it goes quicker once you practice for a while, but this is my first attempt on hyper realistic drawing ! Here's how my drawing journey started.
I was never one to pay attention in class. I'd always zone out, day dream and just not focus on what the teacher is saying. It started becoming a problem when my grades suddenly dropped, and I was getting B's and C's on tests. So, I started drawing in class to avoid falling asleep or zoning out. It worked. And I started paying a bit more attention in class, while also drawing. Months passed, and I still used the same technique to avoid zoning out. I was getting more and more into the world of art. One day, in recess, one of my classmates saw me drawing - and they were genuinely amazed. I never thought my drawings were good, infact, I never really thought of them as more than just a small, stupid sketch. I was just using it as a way to pay attention in class, and while I was doing that, I was getting better and better at drawing, Without even realising it.
At summer break - I was drawing and sketching almost every day. It was so addicting, yet so fun. I would stay up hours drawing hyper-realistic things, like portaits and animals and my favorite tv show charecters. I would have this big big fat notebook that I brought everywhere with me to draw. At times where I needed to escape from the horrible reality, I'd open up that sketchbook, and I would draw my heart out into the paper. Whatever I was feeling, I would draw it. Let's just say, drawing was one of the best happy accidents that ever happened in my life.
I do not know why the thumbs down, this was an excellent drawing ✍️ and well explained. I think it is just jealousy because they can’t do it themselves. Good job sir.

SUPER VIDEO! i did this over 2 days on and off, and was the first thing ive drawn in years.
