As a child in school I was told I was hopeless drawing so I believed it & didn't draw. I tried again for therapy at 49 years old and am impatient with myself. Thank you for reminding me that even you had to practice!

I was experience one of those moments of loss of self-confidence and a sense of lost and I think that i will not be able to draw in a good way as I was in my teens, but your words gave me confidence and i decided to go back to drawing again and enjoy the experience knowing that I am a musician and guitarist originally

Don't know if your a Christian ... But believe it or not .. these talents are blessing from God ... I started praying giving him glory will sculpting .. and honestly had no experience ... Seriously and ever since I started praying ideas about the tools to use to script are just coming to me like I've had practice .. it's really weird but cool ... Hope this dosent offend anyone about saying christianity ... Not my intent ... I'm just saying all the artists out there our hands are blessed ... After all God created the humans and the universe .. amazing things can be achieved don't take blessing for granted just give him glory and thank him for gifts we have .. I know I do every day 🙂
Losing Motivation in time as an artist is part of journey in art.
I spend most of my time drawing and I made it a norm, firstly I feel free with my pencils, draw something you like yourself.
And also trusting yourself is the best thing ever, you'll never be discouraged by your own work

I stopped painting in 1971 when I dropped out of high school, after putting my dog down of 14 years I started all over again and I must say it has eased the pain slightly. Art has settled my mind but it is tough going. Your video has given me renewed hope, thank you Silvie.

I told this lady she has a talent blessing from Jesus ... Hey it's awesome you've been drawing since you were little most of these people have 20 + years experience trial and error ... I'm just to hard on my self in my head I know what I want it to look like it's just getting all the technique and colors down perfectly ... But hey don't give up .. I actually started sculpting instead of drawing ... I'm finding better results with less fustration believe it or not ..

I needed this encouragement! 😭 I feel so insecure everytime I fail at doing my artworks and sometimes people around me can't appreciate me or my efforts. Some even would make me feel small.
