Sir used formula 8×1,5=28,8 then used 8x38.1=304.8 which one correct thank you

Sir where did get 38.1?
Formula is 1.5 times NPS. If you convert inches to mm - 1 inch = 25.4 mm so 1.5 times 25.4 = 38.1. TO for 8 inch elbow is 12" or 304.8 mm. He is only converting inch measurements to metric. You only need to convert if you are working in metric measurements. It is not old and new way as he described they are both the same.

10,000-(304.8+304.8+3(2)
