5.5 mm socket for clip on air pipe coming from box and the box is also held in place by two rubber feet and you have to give it a serious yank to get it off them

I noted the fuel pipes on yours were opposite way round to mine (filter had been changed a few years back) : can you confirm yours are the right way? Cheers.
I think my ones were good. That ones haven't been done before.
What you mean by "tight tools"? I would have liked to see you actually take the old filter out and replace with the new.
its like a ratchet strap tool to give you grip and leverage for removal... google oil filter removal tools.
Why the f*** do they make it so difficult to change a consumable part
