      Victoria, If you have a cool climate then you can keep it outside, but if it's hot then better to keep it in the refrigerator 🙂

    Can you use knife to cut? And why cut in triangles if you makes a ball after? Would save time to just break of pieces and roll

      Lackshme you can definitely use a knife to cut. We made triangles so that it is easier to divide the dough into 8 balls of equal size. If you can just break the balls into equal size you can go ahead & do that, no problem. 🙂
